Abstract
본 발명은 합성물질의 예형을 제조하고, 예형을 기하 구조를 형성시키기 위한 주형으로 이송하고, 예형을 가스압으로 주형에 대하여 압착하거나 또는 임의로 흡입시킴으로써 성형체를 형성시키고, 성형된 합성 물질을 가황하는 것으로 이루어지는, 합성 물질로 이루어지는 다수의 언더커트를 갖는 공동 부재 또는 성형 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서, 합성 물질이 실리콘 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 합성 물질의 예형을 제조하고, 예형을 기하 구조를 형성하기 위한 주형으로 이송시키고, 예형을 가스압으로 주형에 대하여 압착하거나 또는 임으로 흡입시킴으로써 성형체를 형성시키고, 성형된 합성 물질을 가황하는 것으로 이루어지는, 합성 물질로 이루어지는 다수의 언더커트를 갖는 공동 부재 또는 성형 부재의 제조방법에 있어서, 합성 물질이 실리콘 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무가 과산화물 가교 결합 실리콘 고무 또는 첨가에 의해 가교 결합된 실리콘 고무인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무가 A)중합체 분자 내에 2개 이상의 알케닐기를 갖고 점도가 10 내지 1,000,000Pa. S인 하기 일반식의 실리콘 중합체 또는 실리콘 중합체 수종의 혼합물 100부(여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C8-알킬, C5-C8-시클로알킬 또는 C6-C14아릴이고, X는 R과 동일한 의미를 갖거나 또는 C2-C6알키닐임) B)1종 이상의 보강 충전제 약 20 내지 200부, C) 유기 과산화물 약 0.1 내지 7부, 및 D)1종 이상의 비보강 충전제 및 임의로 착색 안료 0 내지 약 100부로 이루어지고, 20℃에서의 무니 점도가 30 내지 130인 과산화물 가교 결합 실리콘 고무인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가에 의해 가교 결합된 실리콘 고무가 A)중합체 분자 내에 2개 이상의 알케닐기를 갖고 점도가 10 내지 1,000,000Pa.s인 하기 일반식의 1종 이상의 실리콘 중합체 100부(여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C8-알킬, C5-C8-시클로알킬 또는 C6-C14아릴이고, X는 R과 동일한 의미를 갖거나 또는 C2-C6알케닐임), B)1종 이상의 보강 충전체 약 20 내지 200부, C) i)하기 일반식의 Si-H기를 함유하는 가교 결합제 0.1 내지 30부(여기서, a는 0 내지 100이고, b는 약 3 내지 400임), ⅱ)모등 성분 A 내지 D의 합계에 대한 농도가 약 1 내지 100ppm인 귀금속 촉매, 및 ⅲ)실온에서는 실리콘 중합체의 알킬렌기에 대한 Si-H기의 촉매에 의한 첨가를 억제하나, 보다 고온에서는 억제하지 않는 억제제 0.001 내지 1.0부, 및 D)1종 이상의 비보강 충전제 및 착색 완료 0 내지 약 100부로 이루어지고 20℃에서의 무니 점도가 30 내지 130인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튜브 형태의 예형이 주형으로 유입되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예형의 성형이 주형으로부터 예형의 후면에 고압을 가하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예형의 성형이 예형의 주형을 향한 면에 저압을 가하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가황이 실리콘 고무가 고정되는 가열된 주형 상에 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 예형의 성형이 주형으로부터의 예형의 후면에 고압을 가하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 예형의 성형이 주형으로부터의 에형의 후면에 고압을 가하여 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
