Abstract

본 발명은 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체를 기본으로 하는 수지 조성물을 사출 성형하여 신발 중창용 발포체 프리폼 및 이를 이용하여 신발중창을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로써 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체를 기준으로 0.5 내지 20중량%의 고무 및/또는 아이오노머, 1 내지 20중량%의 폴리에틸렌 상기 수지의 총량에 대하여 0.1-5.0중량%의 가교제, 4-15중량%의 발포제 및 충진제를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 140-180℃ 온도의 금형에 사출하고 일정온도에서 유지하여 신발중창용 발포제 프리폼을 제조하고 이를 다시 열간가압성형하여 신발중창을 제조하는 방법이다. 이러한 방법에 의하여 경제적이고 공해문제를 덜 야기하며 압축 변형율등 기계적 강도가 우수한 신발 중창이 제조된다.The present invention relates to a foam preform for shoe midsoles and a method for manufacturing shoe soles using the same by injection molding a resin composition based on ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, and an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer and an ethylene-vinylacetate aerial 0.5 to 20 weight percent rubber and / or ionomer, 1 to 20 weight percent polyethylene, based on coalescence, comprising 0.1-5.0 weight percent crosslinking agent, 4-15 weight percent foaming agent and filler relative to the total amount of the resin.
