Abstract
이 발명은 인삼에 열수를 처리한 다음 수증기로 증숙하는 홍삼제조방법임. 수증기에 의한 증숙 과정전에 수삼에 열수를 처리하면 수삼의 온도가 설정된 증숙온도인 94-100℃까지 도달하는 시간이 현저히 단축되어 홍삼제조시간이 단축됨. 열수는 수증기와 함께 처리할 수도 있음. 열수 온도는 60-95℃ 범위이고 열수처리시간은 5-30분 범위임.The present invention is a method of manufacturing red ginseng which is steamed by steam after treating hot water with ginseng. If hot water is treated on steamed ginseng before steaming, steaming time of red ginseng will be shortened to the set steaming temperature of 94-100 ℃. Hot water can also be treated with steam. Hot water temperature is in the range of 60-95 ℃ and hot water treatment time is in the range of 5-30 minutes.
