Abstract

이 발명은 인삼에 열수를 처리한 다음 수증기로 증숙하는 홍삼제조방법임. 수증기에 의한 증숙 과정전에 수삼에 열수를 처리하면 수삼의 온도가 설정된 증숙온도인 94-100℃까지 도달하는 시간이 현저히 단축되어 홍삼제조시간이 단축됨. 열수는 수증기와 함께 처리할 수도 있음. 열수 온도는 60-95℃ 범위이고 열수처리시간은 5-30분 범위임.The present invention is a method of manufacturing red ginseng which is steamed by steam after treating hot water with ginseng.
