Claims (14)
- 섬유상 절연 블랭킷은 경화된 열경화성 결합제에 의해 상호 결합된 섬유를 포하하고 ; 그 블랭킷의 밀도는 입방피트당 0.2파운트 내지 1.5파운드 범위이고 두께는 3/8인치 내지 2인치 범위이고 ; 표면시이트는 경화된 열경화성 결합제에 의해 블랭킷의 주표면에 결합되어 있고 ; 그 결합된 표면시이트는 공기가 침투할 수 있는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 특별히 항공기 절연체로 적합한 절연제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 절연 블랭킷은 페놀성 결합제에 의해 표면 시이트와 그리고 상호간에 결합되어 있는 유리섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면시이트가 다공성 편직 또는 비편직인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 표면시이트가 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면시이트가 섬유상 블랭킷에 부착되지 않았을때 블랭킷 섬유의 이동흐름에 실질적으로 불침투성인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제 및 표면시이트는 적어도 49 CFR 파트 25(FAR 25.853) 또는 BMS 8-142의 가연도 조건을 만족하는 정도의 방염제이고, 표면재를 갖는 절연 블랭킷의 장력이 블랭킷만의 장력보다 적어도 3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블랭킷의 반대편 주표면에 부착되어 있는 앞서 언급한 표면시이트와 유사한 두번째 표면시이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.

- 제8항에 있어서, 표면시이트가 적층내 양 말단 블랭킷의 외부표면에 부착되고, 여기서 적층된 블랭킷의 끝부분을 덮는 장치가 상기한 양쪽 표면시이트에 부착되는 필름으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표면시이트는 적층내 양 말단 블랭킷의 외부표면에 부착되고, 여기성 적층된 블랭킷의 끝부부을 덮는 장치는 적층된 블랭킷의 끝부분을 넘어서 연장되어서 상호 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연제품.
- 섬유상 절연 블랭킷은 경화된 열경화성 결합제에 의해 상호결합된 섬유를 포함하고 ; 그 블랭킷의 밀도는 입방피트당 0.2파운드 내지 1.5파운드이고 두께는 3/8인치 내지 2인치 범위이고 ; 표면시이트는 경화된 열경화성 결합제에 의해 블랭킷의 주표면에 결합되어 있고 ; 그 결합된 표면시이트는 공기가 침투할 수 있고 ; 그리고 그 블랭킷은 표면시이트가 동체가 아닌 항공기의 내부쪽으로 면하여 동체에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연된 항공기 동체에 있어서의 개량방법.

- 제12항에 있어서, 절연은 맞닿는 관계로 적층하여 상호배열된 복수의 섬유상 절연 블랭킷을 포함하도록 개량된 것을 특징으로 하는 개량방법.
