Abstract
본 발명은 고로 노벽 연와 두께를 용이하게 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of easily detecting the furnace wall edge and thickness.
그 기술적인 수단은, 고로의 노내 온도의 변동폭을 설정하고, 변동폭에 따라 열전대 온도의 변화폭을 열전대 온도와 노벽연화 두께와의 상관관계로부터 구하여, 열전대 온도가 변화폭의 범위내내 있으면 노벽의 연와두께가 변하지 않은 것으로 하며, 이 범위를 벗어나면 노내 온도가 최대 및 최소치인 경우의 열전대 온도와 노력연와 두께를 검출하는 것이다.The technical means sets the fluctuation range of the blast furnace furnace temperature and obtains the fluctuation range of the thermocouple temperature according to the fluctuation range from the correlation between the thermocouple temperature and the thickness of the furnace wall softening.
