Claims (6)
- 폴리비닐알코올 5~20중량%, 비닐알코올-에틸렌 공중합체 15~50중량%와 폴리카프로락톤 30~75중량%로 구성되는 합성수지 5~75중량%와 전분 25~95중량%를 주성분으로 하여 혼합한 다음, 유동촉진제를 전분에 대하여 0.1~5중량%, 수지가소제를 수지에 대하여 0.5~10중량% 첨가하고, 전체함량에 대하여 수분을 5~55중량% 첨가한 후 고압에서 전분입자를 파괴하여 용융, 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알코올은 검화도가 88~98%인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알코올-에틸렌공중합체는 에틸렌함량이 27~44몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동촉진제는 레시틴임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지가소제는 글리세린, 글리세롤모노스테아레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융, 혼련시 익스투르더의 온도는 60~250℃임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
