Abstract

본 발명은 선재의 금속코팅시 코팅효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 에어 와이퍼에 관한 것으로, 특히 에어와이퍼의 에어노즐 방향을 코팅대상 선재의 이동방향과 같은 방향으로 형성하되 에어분사각도는 선재에 대하여 20~30도 또는 -20~30도로 설정하여 선재의 하부측에 묻어 있게 되는 잔여 코팅액이 효율적으로 제거되도록 함으로서, 도금액의 과잉손실을 방지토록함과 동시에 균일한 물성을 갖는 선재를 얻도록하며, 에어의 사용량을 최소화 할 수 있도록한데 그 특징이 있다.

선재의 코팅 효율이 향상된 에어 와이퍼(AIR WIPPER)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 종래의 에어 와이퍼를 나타내는 개략도이고, 제 2 도는 종래의 에어 와이퍼를 사용하였을 경우 과잉의 도금액이 선재의 하단에 묻는 것을 나타내는 개략도이고, 제 3 도는 본 발명의 에어 와이퍼를 나타내는 개략단면도이고, 제 4 도는 본 발명의 에어 와이퍼의 종방향 확대 단면도이고, 제 5 도는 본 발명에 있어서 제 4 도의 B부분을 발췌하여 확대도시한 참고도, 제 6 도는 본 발명의 사용상태도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 도금된 선재(1)의 진행방향과 같은 방향으로 에어노즐(6)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 와이퍼(A).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 에어노즐(6)의 방향이 도금된 선재의 진행방향에 대하여 30도 내지 -30인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 와이퍼(A).
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 에어노즐(6)이 상호 교차하도록 2개사 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 와이퍼(A).
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 교차된 2개의 에어노즐(6)의 각도가 60 내지 180도인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 와이퍼(A).
