Abstract

낮은 압력강하, 높은 수집용량 및 긴 수명의 필요조건을 충족하는 입자트랩용 금속필터가 제시된다. 이 금속필터는 하기의 조성 A, B 및 C중 하나를 갖는 금속섬유로 형성된 하나이상의 층으로된 부직포(펠트따위)를 가진다;
A…Ni : 5-20중량%, Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 성분;
B…Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Ni 및 불가피한 성분; 및
C…Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 성분.
이 금속필터는 부식 및 열에 대해 큰 저항성이 있으며 입자의 제거를 위한 반복되는 가열에 대해서도 견딜 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기의 조성 A, B 및 C중 하나를 갖는 금속섬유로 형성된 단일의 층 또는 다수의 층으로된 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 금속필터;
    A…Ni : 5-20중량%, Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 성분;
    B…Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Ni 및 불가피한 성분; 및
    C…Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가 충전율이 5-25%가 되도록 5 내지 40㎛의 평균 직경을 갖는 금속섬유를 응집시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 금속필터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 금속섬유는 속이 빈 섬유 또는 주위의 재료와 다른 재료로 된 코어를 갖는 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 금속필터.
  4. 서로 통해있는 무수한 기공을 가지며 기공은 5 내지 40㎛의 평균 직경을 갖는 금속섬유로 5-25%의 충전율로 채워진 내열성 발포금속으로 이루어지며, 상기의 금속섬유는 다음의 조성.
    A…Ni : 5-20중량%, Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 성분;
    B…Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Ni 및 불가피한 성분; 및
    C…Cr : 10-40중량%, Al : 1-15중량%, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 성분중 하나를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 금속필터.
