Description
Claims (11)
- 초점 검출 장치(1-5)로서, 반도체 기판(32)에 고정되어 있는 반도체 레이저(31)와, 상기 반도체 기판(32)에 고정되어 있는 프리즘(37, 57, 58)과, 상기 반도체 레이저(31)에 대향하고 있는 프리즘 면(37a)에 형성되어 있는 제1의 반투과 반사면과, 상기 반도체 기판(32)에 대접하고 있는 프리즘 면(37b)이며 또한 상기 제1의 반투과 반사면을 투과하는 빔(45)이 입사하는 위치에 형성된 제2의 반투과 반사면과, 상기 반도체 기판(32)에서 상기 제2의 반투과 반사면에 대접하는 위치에 형성되고 소정 방향으로 정렬된 3개의 괌 검출 소자(33a, 33b, 33c)를 갖는 제1의 광 검출기(33)와, 상기 제2반투과 반사면에 반사된 빔이 입사하는 상기 반도체 기판(32)의 위치에 형성되고 소정 방향으로 정렬된 3개의 광 검출 소자(34a, 34b, 34c)를 갖는 제2광 검출기(34)를 포함하고, 상기 광기록매체(16)는 상기 반도체 레이저로(31)부터 방출되고 상기 제1반투과 반사면에서 반사된 빔(45)으로 조사되고, 상기 제1반투과 반사면을 통과한 광기록매체(16)로부터의 빔(45)은 이 빔(45)이 상기 제2반투과 반사면에 반사된 후 상기 광 검출기(34)에 입사하기 전에 집중되며, 상기 제1광 검출기(33) 상기 3개의 광 검출 소자(33a, 33b, 33c)의 양측 광 검출 소자(33a, 33c)와 상기 제2광 검출기(34)의 상기 3개의 광 검출 소자(34a, 34b, 34c)의 중앙 광 검출 소자(34b)로부터의 검출 신호의 합과 상기 제 1광 검출기 (33)의 상기 3개의 광 검출소자 (33a, 33b, 33c)의 중앙 광 검출소자 (33b)와 상기 제 2광 검출기 (34)의 상기 3개의 광 검출 소자의 양측 광 검출 소자(34a, 34c)로부터의 검출 신호의 합이 비교되어 상기 광기록매체(16)의 초점 에러 신호를 발생하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광 검출기(33)의 상기 3개의 광 검출 소자(33a, 33b, 33c)가 정렬하고 있는 소정 방향이 상기 제2의 광 검출기(34)의 상기 3개의 광 검출 소자(34a, 34b, 34c)가 배열하고 있는 소정 방향과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광 검출기(33)의 상기 3개의 광 검출 소자(33a, 33b, 33c)가 각각 상기 제2의 광 검출기(34)의 상기 3개의 광 검출부 소자(34a, 34b, 34c)에 인접하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초점 검출 장치(1-5)가 캡(44)중에 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대물렌즈(46)를 홀딩하는 홀딩부재(67)중에서 상기 초점 검출 장치(1-5)가 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩부재(67)에 고정되어 있는 상기 대물렌즈(46)와 상기 홀딩부재(67)에 장치되어 있는 뚜껑(68)으로 상기 초점 검출 장치(1-5)를 봉입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑(68)에 거울(71)이 장치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 거울(71)이 상기 대물렌즈(46)의 광축에 대해서 소정 각도로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩부재(67)가 집속 방향으로 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩부재가 트래킹 방향으로 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩부재(67)가 트래킹 방향으로도 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 초점 검출 장치.
