Claims (10)
- 반응 조건하에, 밀도가 100 내지 1000kg/cm3인 폴리우레탄 중합체를 제공하기 위해 사용되는 발포제 50몰% 이상을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 물을 포함하는 발포제의 존재하에, 분자량 60 내지 300의 측쇄 디올 또는 트리올(a) 및 개시제를 기준으로 하여 분자당 평균 작용가, 즉, 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자가 2 내지 4개인 분자량 3000 내지 12000의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물(b)을 0.01:1 내지 0.25:1의 중량부 비로 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물과 폴리이소시아네이트의 총량을 기준으로 70중량% 이상의 4,4′-메틸렌 디페닐이소시아네이트를 포함하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 수득한 이소시아네이트-종결된 예비중합체를 50중량%이상 포함하며 이소시아네이트 당량이 180 내지 300이고 존재하는 물 및 폴리에테르 폴리올의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소언자당 0.8 내지 1.3개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 제공하는 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트 조성물과 활성 수소 함유 물질을 밀접하게 접촉시켜 밀도가 100 내지 1000kg/cm3인 폴리우레탄 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 예비중합체를, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 분자량 100 내지 200의 측쇄 디올 또는 트리올(a) 및 평균 분자량 3000 내지 9000의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물(b)을 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물과 반응시켜 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (a):(b)의 중량부 비가 0.05:1 내지 0.15:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성 수소 함유 물질이, 평균 작용가가 1.7 내지 3.0이고; 평균 하이드록실 당량이 1000 내지 3000인 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성 수소 함유 물질이, 평균 작용가가 2 내지 3이고; 평균 하이드록실 당량이 500 내지 2000인 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 폴리올이 쇄 연장제를 포함하는 폴리올의 총량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 쇄 연장제와의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-종결된 예비중합체가 폴리이소시아네이트의 총량을 기준으로 90중량% 이상의 4,4′-메틸렌 디페닐이소시아네이트를 포함하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 수득되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 조성물이 80중량% 이상의 양으로 예비중합체를 포함하고 존재하는 물 및 폴리올의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자당 0.9 내지 1.1개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 제공하는 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법으로 제조된 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 시스템 총량을 기준으로 하여, 분자량 60 내지 300의 측쇄 디올 또는 트리올(i) 및 개시제를 기준으로 하여 분자당 평균 작용가, 즉, 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자가 2 내지 4개인 분자량 3000 내지 12000의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물(ii)을 0.01:1 내지 0.25:1의 중량부 비로 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물과 폴리이소시아네이트의 총량을 기준으로 70중량% 이상의 4,4′-메틸렌 디페닐이소시아네이트를 포함하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 수득한 이소시아네이트-종결된 예비중합체를 50중량% 이상 포함하며 이소시아네이트 당량이 180 내지 300인 이소시아네이트 조성물 40 내지 60중량%(a) 및 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리올 100부당 물 0.04 내지 2부를 함유하는 폴리올 조성물 60 내지 40중량%(b)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 2성분의 폴리우레탄 중합체 형성 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
