Abstract
고도의 프레스가공성과 우수한 내도금박리를 갖는 합금화 용융아연도금강판을 제조하는 것을 목적으로하며, 극저탄소강판표면에 Fe 9~12중량%, A10.3~1.5중량% 함유하는 합금화 용융아연도금층을 부착량 25~70g/㎡의 범위로 형성함으로써, 성형성이 우수하고, 또 파우더링성과 플레이킹성 모두 우수한 합금화 용융아연도금강판을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (2)
- C 0.0015중량% 이하, Si 0.1중량% 이하, Mn 0.03중량% 이상 0.3중량% 이하, Al 0.01중량% 이상, 0.1중량% 이하, P 0.01중량% 이하, S 0.005중량$ 이하, O 0.005중량% 이하, N 0.005중량% 이하를 함유하고, 다시 0.03중량% 이하의 Ti 또는 0.03중량% 이하의 Nb 적어도 1종 이상을, C/12≤Ti*/48+Nb/93≤C/2를 만족하는 범위로 함유하는 강판표면에, Fe 9중량% 이상, 12중량% 이하, Al 0.3중량% 이상, 1.5중량% 이하, Pb 0.1중량% 이하를 함유하는 합금화 용융아연도금층이 25g/㎡ 이상 70g/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스가공성과 내도금박리성이 우수한 합금화용융아연 도금강판, 단 Ti*는 Ti-(48N/14+48S/32)≥0일때는 Ti*= Ti-(48N/14+48S/32), Ti-(48N/14*48S/32)〈0 일때는 Ti*=0으로함.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다시 B를 0.001중량% 이하로 함유하는 것인 프레스가공성과 내도금박리성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연도금강판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
