Abstract
본 발명에 의하면 마그네슘-알콕시 화합물, 4가 티타늄 화합물, 규소 화합물 및 알루미늄유기 화합물로부터 형성된 촉매계를 중합에 사용할 경우 110℃보다 높은 온도에서 용액 중합에 의해 결정도가 높고 가공성이 양호한 폴리프로필렌 왁스가 수득될 수 있다
당해 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리프로필렌 왁스는 IR분광계로 측정한 이소택틱도가 70%보다 크며 170℃에서 측정한 용융점도가 50 내지 4000mPa. s인, 점성-경질의, 무색, 비점착성, 열안정성의 연마가 용이한 생성물이다. 당해 왁스는 예를 들어, 안료 제조, 인쇄용 잉크의 내마멸성 피니시(finish)및 염소제용 기재 매스로서, 플라스틱의 가공 보조제 (에 : 윤활제 및 이형제)로서, 사진 토우너의 제형 성분으로서 및 융점 상승제로서 적합하다.

Claims (5)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 마그네슘 화합물과 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 4가 티타늄 화합물과의 반응에 의해 제조된 티타늄-함유 성분 A, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 규소-함유 성분 B및 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알루미늄-유기 성분C로 이루어진 촉매계의 존재하에 110℃이상의 온도, 2 내지 100bar의 압력에서, 프로필렌을 용액중에서 단독중합화하거나 에틸렌 또는 일반식 R-CH=CH2(여기서, R은 탄소수 2내지 38의 알킬 라디칼이다)의 올레핀 0.1 내지 5중량%와 공중합화합으로써 IR 이소택틱도(isotacticity)가 70%보다 크며 용융 점도가 50 내지 4000mpa.s인 폴리프로필렌 왁스를 제조하는 방법.Mg(OR1)nX2-n (Ⅰ)Ti(OR2)mX4-m (Ⅱ)R3pSi(OR4)4-p (Ⅲ)R5qA1Cl3-q (Ⅳ)상기식에서, R1은 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C10-알킬 라디칼이며, X는 할로겐 원자이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, R2는 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C6-알킬 라디칼이고, m은 0 내 지 4이고, p및 q는 1,2 또는 3이며, R3동일하거나 상이한 C1-C16-알킬 라디칼이고, R4는 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C16-알킬 라디칼이거나 비치환되거나 알킬-치환된 C5-C8-사이클로알킬 라디칼, C6-C18-아릴 라디칼 또는 C7-C18-아르알킬 라디칼이며, R5는 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C30-알킬 라디칼이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 마그네슘 화합물과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 티타늄 화합물과의 반응이 에테르, 알콜 및 카복실산과 이들의 유도체를 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 전자공여체의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 마그네슘 화합물과 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 4가 티타늄 화합물과의 반응에 의해 제조된 티타늄-함유 성분 A, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 규소-함유 성분B 및 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 암루미늄-유기 성분C로 이루어진, IR 이소택틱도가 70%보다 크며 170℃에서 측정한 용융 점도가 50 내지 4000mpa.s인 폴리올레핀 왁스 제조용 촉매계.Mg(OR1)nX2-n (Ⅰ)Ti(OR2)mX4-m (Ⅱ)R3pSi(OR4)4-p (Ⅲ)R5qA1Cl3-q (Ⅳ)상기식에서, R1은 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C10-알킬 라디칼이며, X는 할로겐 원자이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, R2는 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C6-알킬 라디칼이고, m은 0 내지 4이고, p및 q는 1,2 또는 3이며, R3동일하거나 상이한 C1-C16-알킬 라디칼이고, R4는 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C16-알킬 라디칼이거나 비치환되거나 알킬-치환된 C5-C8-사이클로알킬 라디칼, C6-C18-아릴 라디칼 또는 C7-C18-아르알킬 라디칼이며, R5는 동일하거나 상이한 C1-C30-알킬 라디칼이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 A가 티타늄 테트라클로라이드와 일반식 Mg(OR1)2(여기서, R1은 C1-C6-알킬 그룹이다)의 마그네슘 알콜레이트로부터 제조되며, 일반식 (Ⅳ)의 균소 화합물이 사용되는 촉매계.
- IR이소택틱도가 70%보다 크며 170℃에서 측정한 용융 점도가 50 내지 4000mpa.s인, 제1항에 따라 수득된 폴리올레핀 왁스※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
