Abstract

본 발명은 피가열물의 크기나 조리용기구의 유무등을 검출하는 광센서를 구비한 가열조리기에 관한 것으로서, 노이즈에 의한 오관을 최대한 배제하고 확실한 검출을 행하는 것을 목적으로 하고 광센서(14)는 발광소자(15) 및 수광소자(16)를 조리실 (1)의 바닥부측벽부에 대향배치하여 구성되고 차광의 유무에 의해 회전접시 (13)의 유무를 검출한다. 검출에 있어서는 제어장치는 발광소자(15)를 10번 발광시키고, 수광소자(16)의 10개의 수광신호를 2값화 처리하여 H케벨이 7개 이상이면 회전접시 (13)가 없음으로 판단하고 H레벨이 6개 이하이면 회전접시(13)가 있음으로 판단한다 어느것인가의 수광신호에 노이즈가 들어가서 검출신호가 반전해도 잡음을 배제한 판단을 행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 조리실과, 이 조리실내에 수용되는 피가열물을 가열하는 가열수단과, 조리실내에 수용되는 조리용기구와 피가열물의 크기와 상기 조리용기구의 유무가운데 적어도 한쪽을 검출하기 위한 발광소자 및 수광소자로 이루어지는 광검출수단을 구비하는 가열조리기에 있어서. 상기 광검출수단에 있어서의 발광소자는 여러번 발광되고 이 여러번의 발광에 의한 빛을 상기 수광소자가 받는 것에 의해 수광소자가 특정레벨의 수광신호를 발생하고 이 특정레벨의 수광신호가 소정갯수 이상인 것에 의해 피가열물의 크기와 조리용기구의 유무가운데 적어도 한쪽을 검출하도록 검출수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열조리기.
