Abstract
고속직기의 부품인 바디에 있어서 바디날의 가장 내마모성이 요구되는 부분에 다이아몬드-라이크 카본막(DLC막)을 피복한다. 바디날의 기재로서 스테인레스강을 사용하는 경우에 예를 들면 탄화티타늄층으로 된 중간층을 개재하여 다이아몬드-라이크 카본막을 피복한다. 또한 마모가 심한 바디의 측단부에는 다이아몬드-라이크 카본막을 피복한 바디날을 배치하고, 바디의 중간부에는 비교적으로 낮은 비용의 경질막을 피복한 바디날 혹은 피복하지 않은 바디날을 배치하며, 바디날의 마모를 바디 전체에 걸쳐 평준화 하는 것에 의해 비용을 절감한다. 본 발명의 바디는 천연섬유에서부터 합성섬유 및 신소재섬유에 이르는 많은 종류의 섬유에 적합하며, 바디의 내구성이 비교적 낮은 비용에서 비약적으로 향상한다.A diamond-like carbon film (DLC film) is coated on a portion of the body which is a component of a high-speed loom, where the most wear resistance of the body blade is required. The body of the present invention is suitable for many kinds of fibers, from natural fibers to synthetic fibers and new material fibers, and the durability of the body is dramatically improved at a relatively low cost.
