Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 내스포올링성, 내식성 및 내슬랙 침윤성이 뛰어난 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물은 MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.14:1.86 ~ 0.6:1.4의 범위 내에 있는 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커를 사용하는 것이며, 또 이 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커와 거의 이론 조성의 스피넬 클린커를 병용할 수도 있고, 잔부를 알루미나 원료와 알루미나 시멘트로 구성하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 알루미나, 스피넬질 부정형 내화물에는 입도 10~50㎜의 알루미나 분쇄입을 배합하여 균열의 신장을 억제할 수도 있다.

알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 상이한 MgO:Al2O3몰비를 갖는 스피넬 클린커의 배합 비율과 내식성 및 내슬랙 침윤성의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제2도는 거의 이론조성(MgO:Al2O3몰비 1.02:0.98)의 소결 스피넬 A를 단독으로 잔부소결 알루미나 및 알루미나 시멘트로 사용한 경우의 스피넬 클린커의 배합비율(중량%)과 내식성, 내슬랙 침윤성의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제3도는 MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.44:1.56의 소결 알루미나-스피넬 B를 단독으로 잔부 소결 알루미나 및 알루미나 시멘트로 사용한 경우의 스피넬 클린커의 배합비율(중량%)와 내식성, 내슬랙 침윤성의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (5)

  1. MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.14:1.86~0.6:1.4의 범위에 있는 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커 80~92중량% 및 알루미나 시멘트 8~20중량%를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물.
  2. MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.14:1.86~0.6:1.4의 범위에 있는 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커 5~92중량%, 알루미나 원료 87중량% 이하 및 알루미나 시멘트 8~20중량%를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물.
  3. MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.14:1.86~0.6:1.4의 범위에 있는 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커로 5~92중량%, 알루미나 원료 87중량% 이하 및 알루미나 시멘트 8~20중량%로 이루어지는 혼합물 100중량부에 입경 10~50㎜의 알루미나 질 파쇄입을 10~40중량부를 첨가하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물.
  4. MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.9:1.1~1.3:0.7의 범위에 있고, 또한 입경 1㎜이하인 스피넬 클린커를 10~40중량%, MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.14:1.86~0.6:1.4의 범위에 있는 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커를 30~82중량% 및 알루미나 시멘트를 8~20중량%를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물.
  5. MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.9:1.1~1.3:0.7의 범위에 있고 또한 입경 1㎜이하인 스피넬 클린커를 10~40중량%, MgO:Al2O3몰비가 0.14:1.86~0.6:1.4의 범위에 있는 알루미나-스피넬질 클린커를 30~82중량% 알루미나 원료를 45중량%이하 및 알루미나 시멘트를 8~20중량%를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나-스피넬질 부정형 내화물.
