Abstract
본 발명은 관통덕트(9)와 끼워 맞춤되어 있는 차단볼(8)과 이 볼가 유체 유동덕트(2′,3′)사이에 개재된 밀봉링(14, 15)으로 구성되어 있는 타입의 유체도관 밸브에 관한 것이며, 여기에서 볼(8)의 이 관통덕트(9)는 그 길이방향 축선이 볼(8)의 회전축선에 대해 하류방향으로 오프셋된 상태로 위치하며 볼의 회전축선이 차단위치로 회전할 때 덕트(9)의 길이방향축선과 볼(8)의 회전축선 사이의 상대거리는 하류구멍(9b)이 밸브의 개방 또는 폐쇄중 어느 한 상태에서 하류밀봉링(15)상으로 이동하기 전에는 덕트(9)의 상류구멍(9a)이 항상 폐쇄되어 있도록 되어 있다.

제1도는 본발명에 따른 밸브의 단면도, 제2a, 2b 및 2c도는 유체를 차단하는 볼의 다양한 회전상태를 나타내는 제1도 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따른 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 밸브에 의해 이루어진 유체 굴절의 예를 도시하는 도면.
Claims (3)
- 관통 덕트(9)와 끼워 맞춤되어 있는 차단볼(8)과 이 볼과 유체유동덕트(2′,3′)사이에 개재된 밀봉링(14,1 5)으로 구성되어 있는 타입의 유체도관 밸브에 있어서, 볼(8)의 이 관통덕트(9)는 그 길이방향 축선이 볼(8)의 회전축선에 대해 하류방향으로 오프셋된 상태로 위치하며 볼의 회전축선이 차단위치로 회전할 때 덕트(9)의 길이 방향축선과 볼(8)의 회전축선 사이의 상대거리는 하류구멍(9b)이 밸브의 개방 또는 폐쇄중 어느한 상태에서 하류 밀봉링(15)상으로 이동하기 전에는 덕트(9)의 상류구멍(9a)이 항상 폐쇄되어 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체도관밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덕트(9)의 길이방향 축선과 볼(8)의 회전 축선은 서로 수직하게 위치하는 것을 특징을 하는 유체도관밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 유동덕트(9)는 평행한 축선을 갖는 서로 독립된 길이 방향 채널(101)로 세분화되어 있어 상류밀봉링(14)을 통해 적어도 하나의 채널(101)을 폐쇄시킴으로서 밸브를 통과하는 유동을 굴절시키도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체도관밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
