Abstract

본 발명은 도어 개폐 장치를 콤팩트하게 구성하여 승용자동차와 트럭등의 적은 공간에 효율적으로 설치할 수 있도록 함은 물론 수동과 자동을 겸하여 도어를 개폐할 수 있도록 함으로서 자동차의 실내미관 저해를 방지하고 도어의 자동개폐시 사람이 부상을 입게 되거나 도어가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 자동차용 도어 자동 개폐 장치에 관한 것으로, 이는 오일펌프로 오일저장조내의 오일을 고압으로 압축시켜 압력제어밸브를 통해 순화되게 하고 제어기에 입력되는 개폐신호로 압력 제어 밸브내의 솔레노이드를 동작시켜 간헐기어 조립체의 유압회전기가 회전되도록 함으로서 이룰수 있는 장치이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 보인 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 적용된 축압기의 종단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 간헐기어 조립체의 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 오일저장조(2)의 오일을 고압으로 압송하는 오일펌프(1)의 출력측에 설치되어 고압오일의 압력맥동을 제거하는 축압기(3)와, 상기 축압기(3)를 통해 공급되는 고압오일의 흐름을 제어하는 압력제어밸브(10)와, 상기 압력제어밸브(10)의 동작을 입력신호에 따라 콘트롤하는 제어기(8)와 주동축(21)은 차체에 고정하고 종동축(27)은 도어(40)에 고정하여 주동간헐기어(25)에서 종동간헐기어(29)로 회전을 전달하는 간헐기어조립체(20)와, 상기 간헐기어조립체(20)의 주동간헐기어(25)내에 2개의 유압실(31)(32)을 형성하여 유압을 회전운동으로 전환하는 유압회전기(30)와, 상기 종동간헐기어(29)의 일측고리(35)에 연결되어 도어(40)를 록크시키는 록크바아(36)로 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 자동개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오일펌프(1)와 압력제어밸브(10)사이에 설치되는 축압기(3)는 내부에 오일링(5)을 구비한 피스톤(4)을 설치하고 그 피스톤(4)의 상측에 고압질소가스(6)를 충진시켜 고압오일의 압력맥동을 제거토록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 자동차용 도어 자동개폐 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압력제어밸브(10)내에는 각각의 니들(12)(16)이 구비되어 고압오일의 흐름을 변화시키는 한쌍의 솔레노이드(11),(15)와 유압의 작용방향에 따라 좌,우로 이동하여 유로(B)(D)(G)(I)를 개폐하는 한쌍의 스풀(13)(17)을 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 자동차용 도어 자동개폐장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 간헐기어 조립체(20)의 주동축(21)과 종동축927)은 간격유지판(19)으로 고정거리를 유지시키고 종동축(27)에는 스토퍼(28)를 구비하여 종동간헐기어(29)의 회전이 록크바아(36)를 당겨 도어940)를 먼저 해지시킨후 종동축(27)에 전달되도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 자동차용 도어 자동개폐장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유압회전기(30)의 양측오일실(31)(32)은 주동축(21)에 구비된 고정격판(22)과 주동간헐기어(25)에 구비된 유동격판(26)으로 구성하고 고정격판(22)에는 유압홀(23)(24)을 형성하여 압력제어밸브(10)에서 공급되는 고압오일이 각각의 오일실(31)(32)로 유입되도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 자동개폐장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 록크바아(36)에는 수동으로 도어(40)를 열기 위한 해지레버(38)와 록크바아(36)를 잠금상태로 복귀시키기 위한 복원스프링(37)을 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 자동차용 도어 자동개폐장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 간헐기어 조립체(20)의 회전에 의한 도어(40)의 열림완료 상태는 주동간헐기어(25)의 일측에 구비된 핀(33)으로 센서(34)를 동작시켜 제어기(8)에 신호를 입력하고 닫힘완료 상태는 도어(40)일측의 차체에 부착한 센서(39)를 도어(40)로 동작시켜 제어기(8)에 신호를 입력하도록 구성하여 됨을 특징으로 한 자동차용 도어 자동개폐장치.
