다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단량체와 (Ⅱ)의 단량체를 공중합반응시켜서 얻은 것으로써 입체장애 페놀기와 옥사미드기를 분자속에 함유하는 폴리실옥산 화합물을 발표한다:

Claims (16)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단량체와 일반식(Ⅱ)의 단량체가 공중합 반응하여 나온 것으로써 분자속에 입체장애 페놀기와 옥사미드기를 함유한 폴리실옥산 화합물: 여기서, -R1은 1내지 20탄소원자 함유한 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기, 또는 페닐기이고; -R2는 OR이나 Cl이고; -R3는 다음 그룹중 선택된 라디칼이고;
    여기서, -R5와 R6은 같거나 상이하며, 1내지 10탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기이고; -R7은 3내지 10탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기이고; -R8은 1내지 10탄소원자를 가진 직쇄나 측쇄 알킬기, 또는 -R9-COO-10, -R9-COO-R-R10-S-R11과 -R10-S-R11중 선택된 2중라디칼이며 여기서 R9,R10과 R11은 같거나 다르고 2내지 10탄소원자를 가진 직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알킬기이고; -n은 0,1또는 2이고; -m은 0이나 1이고;
    여기서 ,-R1,R2와 n은 앞서의 의미와 같고; -X는 H또는 -Si(R1)n(R|2)3-n이고; -p와 q는 같거나 상이하며 1내지 10의 정수이고; -r과 s는 같거나 상이며 0내지 10의 정수이고; -t와 u는 같거나 상이하며 0또는 1이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단량체는 다음의 특징을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물. -R1은 CH3; -R2는 메톡시 에톡시이고; -R3
    -R5와 R6은 같거나 상이하고 1내지 4탄소원자를 함유한 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기이고; R8은 3내지 8탄소원자를 함유한 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기이나 또는 -(CH2)2-COOR10라디칼이고; -R10은 3내지 8탄소원자를 함유한 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기이고; -m은 0이고; -n은 1이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단량체가 다음과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단량체가 다음과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅱ)의 단량체는 다음의 종류에 속하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물.
    여기서 R1,R2,n,p,q와 r은 앞서의 의미와 같다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 식(Ⅱ)의 단량체는 다음과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 식(Ⅱ)의 단량체는 다음과 같은 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물.
  8. a)식(Ⅰ)의 단량체와 식(Ⅱ)의 단량체를 (Ⅰ)/(Ⅱ) 몰비 1:5내지 5:1 특히 1:1 내지 2:1로 혼합하고; b)몰, 또는 10:1까지의 비율로 혼합한 용매/몰의 혼합물, 알칼리성 수산화물(수화나트륨, 수화칼륨) 같은 촉매, 무기산(염산, 브롭화수소산), 유기산(아세트산, 메탄술폰산), 유기염(디부릴틴-디라우릴레이트, 옥탄산 아연)등이 있는 곳에서 상기 혼합물을 증합반응시키는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체장에 페놀기와 옥사미드기가 분자속에 함유되어 있는 폴리실옥산 화합물의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상(b)의 온도는 20℃내지 100℃이며, 반응시간은 2내지 20시간이고 증합반응은 감압 보통 20내지 0.5mmHg의 압력과 60 내지 150℃의 온도에서 2내지 12시간동안 처리하여 휘발성 물질을 제거하면 완료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 유기용매는 에테르, 알코올, 지방족 지방조리족 또는 방향족물질중에서 선택한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물 제조방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매를 알칼리성 수산화물, 무기산, 우기산 또는 유기염중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매농도는 공급된 시약에 대하여 0.005-1중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실옥산 화합물 제조방법.
  13. 고분자속에 안정화합물을 안정화될 고분자의 0.05내지 1중량%의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기고분자 안정화 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 안전화될 유기고분자는 폴리올레핀, 공중합체, 삼중합체 EPDM, ABS와 합성 고무중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기고분자 안정화 방법.
  15. 유기고분자와 안정화될 고분자의 0.05내지 1중량%의 안정화 화합물을 함유하는 고분자 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 안정화될 유기고분자를 폴리올레핀, 2공중합체, 3공중합체 EPDM, ABS와 합성고무증에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 고분자 조성물.
