Claims (21)

  1. 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린을 생산하는 미생물을 배양하고 배양 브로쓰로 부터 생선된 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린을 분리하는 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물인 클로노스타키스(Clonjostachys)속, 글리오클라디움(Gliocladium)속 또는 넥트리아(Nectria)속의 종인 방법.
  3. 제2항의 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 속의 종인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물인 클로노스타키스 실리드로스포라 (Clonostachys cylindrospora)종의 균주인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 실린드로스포라 SANK 14591 (FERM BP-3661)인 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18192(FERM BP-4096)인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 글리오클라디움 속의 종인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 글리오클라디움 sp. SANK 18092(FERM BP-4097)인 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 넥트리아 속의 종인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 넥트리아 글리오클라디오이데스(Nectria gliocladioides)종의 균주인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 넥트리아 글로오클라디오이데스 스말레이 et 한센(Nectria gliocladioides Smalley et Hansen) SANK 17992 (FERM BP-4098)인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 클로노스타키스, 글로이클라디움 또는 넥트리아 균주의 배양을 의한 배양 배치의 pH가 5.0~7.0인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 배양시 5℃~30℃의 온도 범위에서 효과적으로 수행되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 15℃~28℃의 범위인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 23℃~28℃의 범위인 방법.
  16. 트랜스-4-히드록-L-프롤린을 생산하는 클로노스타키스 속, 글리오클라디움 속, 또는 넥트리아 속의 미생물을 5.0~7.0범위의 pH 및 15~28℃범위의 온도에서 배양하고, 생선된 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린을 배양 브로쓰로부터 분리하는 트랜스-4-히드록-L-프롤린의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 실린드로스포라(Clonostachys cylindrospora) SANK 14591, 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18192, 글리오클라디움 sp. SANK 18092 및 넥트리아 글리오클라디오이데스 스말레이 et 한센 SANK 17992로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  18. 트랜스-4-히드록-L-프롤린 생산을 위한 클로노스타키스 실린드로스포라 SANK 14591의 분리된 배양.
  19. 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18192의 분리된 배양.
  20. 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18092의 분리된 배양.
  21. 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린의 생산을 위한 넥트리아 글리오클라디오이데스 스말레이 et 한센 SANK 17992의 분리된 배양.
