Claims (21)
- 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린을 생산하는 미생물을 배양하고 배양 브로쓰로 부터 생선된 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린을 분리하는 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물인 클로노스타키스(Clonjostachys)속, 글리오클라디움(Gliocladium)속 또는 넥트리아(Nectria)속의 종인 방법.
- 제2항의 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 속의 종인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물인 클로노스타키스 실리드로스포라 (Clonostachys cylindrospora)종의 균주인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 실린드로스포라 SANK 14591 (FERM BP-3661)인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18192(FERM BP-4096)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 글리오클라디움 속의 종인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 글리오클라디움 sp. SANK 18092(FERM BP-4097)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 넥트리아 속의 종인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 넥트리아 글리오클라디오이데스(Nectria gliocladioides)종의 균주인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 넥트리아 글로오클라디오이데스 스말레이 et 한센(Nectria gliocladioides Smalley et Hansen) SANK 17992 (FERM BP-4098)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클로노스타키스, 글로이클라디움 또는 넥트리아 균주의 배양을 의한 배양 배치의 pH가 5.0~7.0인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배양시 5℃~30℃의 온도 범위에서 효과적으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 15℃~28℃의 범위인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 23℃~28℃의 범위인 방법.
- 트랜스-4-히드록-L-프롤린을 생산하는 클로노스타키스 속, 글리오클라디움 속, 또는 넥트리아 속의 미생물을 5.0~7.0범위의 pH 및 15~28℃범위의 온도에서 배양하고, 생선된 트랜스-4-히드록시-L-프롤린을 배양 브로쓰로부터 분리하는 트랜스-4-히드록-L-프롤린의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 클로노스타키스 실린드로스포라(Clonostachys cylindrospora) SANK 14591, 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18192, 글리오클라디움 sp. SANK 18092 및 넥트리아 글리오클라디오이데스 스말레이 et 한센 SANK 17992로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 트랜스-4-히드록-L-프롤린 생산을 위한 클로노스타키스 실린드로스포라 SANK 14591의 분리된 배양.
- 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18192의 분리된 배양.
- 클로노스타키스 sp. SANK 18092의 분리된 배양.
