Claims (9)

  1. a)방향족과 결합한 이소시아네이트 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트, b)분자량이 500 내지 12,000이 고알콜설 하이드록실 그룹을 2 내지 4개 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 c)분자량이 62 내지 499이고 1급 및/또는 2급 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 2가 또는 3가 알콜을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 밀폐식 주형 속에서 발포시켜 최대 총 밀도가 500kg/㎡인 표피 합체 발포체(integral skin foam)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 추가의 성분으로서 d)d1)분자량이 131 내지 500이고 1급, 2급 및/또는 3급 아민 질소원자수가 총 2 내지 4인 지방족 폴리아민 40 내지 200중량부 중의 d2)탄소수가 8 내지 24인 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 포화 또는 불포화 지방산의 아연 염 100중량부의 용액 및 e)물을 함유하고, 당해 성분들의 총량이 이소시아네이트 지수가 70 내지 150이 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 f)분자량이 108 내지 350인 하나 이상의 방향고 디아민(둘 다 1급임)을 추가로 포함하며, 여기서 둘 다 1급인 방향족 디아민이 당해 반응 혼합물 중에 별개의 성분으로서 포함되고/되거나 당해 용액 중에 포함될 수 있는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 성분 f)가 당해 용액 중에 200중량부 이하의 양으로 포함되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성분 f)가 별개로 첨가되는 성분으로서 당해 반응 혼합물 중에 포함되는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 아연 염의 총량이 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 2.5중량%인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 성분 d1) 및 f)의 총량이 성분 c)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 20중량% 이하인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 15중야%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 성분 e)가 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 1.5중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 사용되고, 성분 d2)가 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 2.5중량%의 양으로 사용되며, 성분 d1) 및 성분 f)가 성분 c(의 중량을 기준으로 하여 20중량% 이하의 양으로 사용되고, 성분 e)가 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 1.5중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
