Claims (11)
- 아세톤, 아세트산 메틸 및 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 혼합물로 부터 아세톤을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 아세톤, 아세트산 메틸 및 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 혼합물을 증류 존에 도입하고, (b) 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물의 증류 존으로의 도입 지점 위에 하나 이상의 지점에서 증류 존으로 물을 도입하고, (c) 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물의 증류 존으로의 도입 지점 또는 그 위의 하나 이상의 지점에서 아세트산을 도입하고, (d) 아세트산 메틸 및 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 상부 생성물 스트림을 증류 존으로 부터 제거하고, (e) 증류 존으로의 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물의 도입 지점 아래의 하나 이상의 지점에서 물, 아세트산 및 아세톤을 증류 존으로 부터 제거하는 상기 단계들을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세트산 및 물의 주요 부분과는 다른 지점에서 증류 존으로부터 아세톤이 제거되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 증류 존으로부터 제거되는 아세트산 및 물의 적어도 일부분을 증류 존으로 재도입하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물이 추가로 아세트산을 함유하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸/아세트산 혼합물이 약40∼60%의 아세트산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아세트산 수용액을 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물의 도입 지점 위의 지점에서 증류컬럼에 도입하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증류 존에 도입되는 아세트산, 물의 중량비가 적어도 50:50인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ⅰ) 아세톤, 아세트산 메틸 및 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 혼합물을 수 추출물(aqueous extractant)과 접촉시켜 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물로부터 적어도 일부분의 아세톤 및 아세트산 메틸, 약간의 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 수성상 및 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물로부터 적어도 일부분의 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 유기상을 형성시키고, (ⅱ) 수성상 및 유기상을 분리하고, (ⅲ) 증류 존에 수성상을 도입하고, (ⅳ) 수성상의 증류 존으로 도입지점 위의 하나 이상의 지점에서 증류 존에 도입하고, (ⅴ) 수성상의 증류 존으로의 도입지점 또는 그 위의 하나 이상의 지점에서 증류 존으로 아세트산을 도입하고, (ⅵ) 아세트산 메틸 및 요오드화 메틸을 함유하는 상부 생성물 스트림을 증류 존으로부터 제거하고, (ⅶ) 증류 존으로 수성상의 도입지점 아래의 하나 이상의 지점에서 물, 아세트산 및 아세톤을 증류 존으로부터 제거하는 상기 단계들을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수 추출물 아세톤/아세트산 메틸/요오드화 메틸 혼합물의 적어도 하나가 아세트산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 아세트산 수용액을 수성상의 도입지점 위의 증류 존으로 도입하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아세트산 수용액을 수성상의 도입지점 위의 증류 존으로 도입하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
