Claims (9)
- 희토류 원소로서 경희토류 원소를 주로 포함하고, 또한 상기 경희토류 원소는 Nd와 Pr로 되는 원소군에서 선택하여 적어도 일원소인 희토류-천이금속 비정질막으로 되는 제 1 자성층과, 희토류 원소로서 Tb와 Dy로 되는 원소군에서 선택한 적어도 일원소만을 포함하는 희토류-천이금속 비정질막으로 되는 제 2 자성층을 적어도 한층씩 적층해서 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 자성층의 두께(t2)에 대한 제 1 자성층의 두께(t1)의 비(t1/t2)가 0.5 이하인 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 자성층의 두께(t2)에 대한 제 1 자성층의 두께(t1)의 비(t1/t2)가 0.001 내지 0.2인 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 자성층 또는 제 2 자성층에 내식성을 향상시키는 천이금속을 포함시킨 광자기 기록 매체.
- 일반식(A1-aBa)1(FebCo1-6)mTn로 나타내어지며 A는 Nd와 Pr로 되는 경희토류 원소에서 선택한 적어도 1원소, B는 중희토류 원소군에서 선택한 적어도 1원소, T는 내식성을 향상시키는 천이금속 원소군에서 선택한 적어도 한 원소이며, 0a0.5, 0b1이며, 원자 %로 10l50, 50m90, 0n15, 1+m+n=100을 만족하는 희토류-천이금속 비정질막으로 되는 제 1 자성층과, 일반식 RxMyUz로 나타내어지며, R는 Tb와 Dy로 되는 원소군에서 선택한 적어도 1원소, U는 내식성을 향상시키는 천이금속 원소군에서 선택한 적어도 1원소이며, 원자 %로 15x35, 65y85, 0z15, x+y+z=100을 만족하는 희토류-천이금속 비정질막으로 되는 제 2 자성층을 적어도 1층씩 적층해서 이루는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 제 2 자성층의 두께(t2)에 대한 제 1 자성층의 두께(t1)의 비(t1/t2)가 0.5 이하인 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 제 2 자성층의 두께(t2)에 대한 제 1 자성층의 두께(t1)의 비(t1/t2)가 0.001 내지 0.2인 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 내식성을 향상시키는 천이금속 원소군은 Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Pd, Pt, Au, Al로 이루는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 중희토류 원소군은 Tb, Dy, Gd, Ho, Er로 이루는 광자기 기록 매체.
