Claims (12)
- (a)제1표면 및 제2표면을 포함하는 열가소성 중합체 매트릭스코어층; (b)제1표면 및 제2표면을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 열가소성 중합체 중간층; 및 (c) 상기 중간층의 제1표면에 접착되어있는 탈이산화타탄의 비-중공 열가소성 외피층을 포함하며 ; 상기 코어층내에는 중공층이 위치하고, 상당히 많은 수의 중공내에는 대부분 매트릭스물질과 상이 구별되며 서로 비상용성인 적어도 하나의 구형 중공개시 입자가 채워져 있고, 상기 입자에 의해 채워진 중공공간은 중공의 부피보다 훨씬 작으며, 상기 입자의 한 횡단면 칫수는 적어도 상기 공극의 대용횡단면 칫수와 비슷하고, 상기 코어층의 중공수는 충분한 불투명도를 유발할수 있을 정도의 것이며 ; 상기 중간층의 제2표면은 상기 코어층의 적어도 제1표면에 접착되어 있고, 상기 중간층은 12중량%이하의 이산화티탄접촉 안료를 포함하며; 상기 비중공외피층과 상기 중간층은 함께 상기 외피코어층의 외표면이 매트릭스코어층의 표면불규칙성을 거의 나타내지 않을 정도의 두께를 가자는 불투명한 이축연시신중합체 필름구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (d) 제1표면 및 제2표면을 포함하는 제2열가소성 중합체 중간층; 및 (e) 상기 제2중간층의 제1표면에 접착되어 있는 탈이산화티탄의 제2 비-중공열가소성 외피층을 부가로 포함하며; 상기 제2중간층의 제2표면은 상기 코어층의 제2표면에 접착되어 있고, 상기 제2중간층은 12중량%이하의 이산화티탄접촉안료를 포함하며; 상기 제2비-중공의 외피층과 상기 제2중간층은 함께 상기 외피코어층의 외표면이 매트릭스 코어층의 표면불규칙성을 거의 나타내지 않을 정도의 두께를 갖는 필름 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 비중공외피층이 블록방지제를 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 코어층이 아이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 코어층의 중공개시입자가 폴리부티렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 중간층이 아이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 외피층이 아이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 중간층이 2중량% 내지 6중량%의 TiO2를 함유하는 필름 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 외피층이 열밀봉성물질을 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 외피층이 프로필렌의 동종중합체 선형의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴릭에틸렌, 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 랜덤공중합체, 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 블록공중합체, 프로필렌과 부틸렌의 공중합체, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 부텐의 삼원중합체, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 부틸렌의 삼원중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 필름구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 외피층이 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 및 프로필렌의 삼원중합체를 포함하는 필름 구조물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 의한 필름구조물을 식품포장에 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
