Claims (24)
- 적어도 2개의 코어를 동종의 피복부로 피복하기 위한 압출기용 기구에 있어서, 다이(F) 및/또는 공구를 수용할 수 있는 적어도 2개의 공동부가 형성된 원통판(1)과, 채널(4)를 통해 원통판(1)의 내부로 연장된 연결관(3)을 포함하며, 상기 채널(4)이 채널(5)을 통해 공동부에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통판(1)은 서로 끼워져 결합되는 2개의 원통판(A 및B)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 채널(5)에는 세정키이(6) 및 적어도 1개의 마이크로미터나사(7)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세정키이(6)가 통로(8)와 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 통로(8)에는 세정유량 제한나사(9)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 공동부에는 가열 시스템(13)이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 다이(F) 및/또는 공구가 채녈(5)의 축선을 다이 및/또는 공구의 입구축선과 일치시킴에 의해 상기 공동부(2)내에서 조정됨을 특징으로 하는 압출기용 기구.
- 동종의 가소성 수지제의 피복부로 구성되는 적어도 2종의 복합재의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 동종의 가소성 수지제의 피복부로 상이한 코어들을 피복함을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가소성 수지제의 피복부가 압출가능 및/또는 성막 가능한 모든 수지로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가소성 수지는 비닐, 스티렌, 아크릴 또는 메타크릴, 올레핀 중합체류 또는 공중합체류, 불소화수지류, 폴리아미드류, 폴리에스테르류, 폴리카보네이트류, 프로피온산 셀룰로스류, 폴리페닐렌설폰류, 폴리아미드이미드류, 폴리이미드류, 폴리에테르아미드류, 폴리에스테르설폰류, 폴리에테르테르케토류 및 이들 성분의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 복합재의 코어는 다이 및/또는 공구를 통해 흐를 수 있는 유체 또는 고체 재료류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 금속, 유기, 무기 및 식물성 필라멘트류, 섬유류 및 분말류 그리고 이들 여러 성분의 혼합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유기 섬유류는 폴리이미드, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리불소화 섬유류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속 필라멘트류는 구리, 알루미늄 및 필라멘트류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 섬유류는 면, 대마, 울, 아마, 실크 및 목재 섬유류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유류는 유리 섬유류, 탄소 섬유류, 및 세라믹 섬유류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유기 및/또는 무기 섬유류는 고체, 다공 또는 중공 충전재류로 함침됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 고체, 다공 또는 중공충전재류는 유기, 금속 또는 무기 분말류, 구형류 또는 박판류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 유기 분말류는 폴리아미드 분말류, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 분말류 및 흑연 분말류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 금속 분말류는 몰립덴설피드 분말류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단일 피복재의 압출온도에서 민감한 적어도 2이상의 코어를 피복함을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 민감한 코어는 불활성 및/또는 반응성 분말류에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 분말류는 결정 분말류, 블로우잉제류, 효소 분말류, 음식 분말류, 미세조직 분말류 및 이들 여러 성분의 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합재의 제조방법.
