Claims (6)
- 밸브몸체(36)중앙에 형성된 축중심부에 축방향 추력에 의해 상호작동하도록 된 공급밸브헤드(40) 및 배출밸브헤드(44)가 각기 별개로 장착되고, 상기 공급밸브헤드(40)에는 이 헤드(40)를 폐쇄측으로 유지시켜주는 제1스프링(48)이 탄력설치됨과 더불어 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)에는 제2스프링(58)과 유압조종잭(51)이 설치되어 이 제2스프링(58)의 탄성력과 유압조종잭(51)에 가해지는 압력에 의해 상기 밸브헤드(44)가 폐쇄측으로 유지되면서, 상기 제2스프링(58)의 탄성력이 상기 제1스프링(48)보다 탄성력이 크도록 설정시켜진 3방향유압밸브에 있어서, 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)에는 탄성력을 갖춘 반잠금메카니즘(65)이 설치되어 이 반잠금메카니즘(65)이 상기 유압조종잭(51)의 체임버(52)에 유압이 떨어지게 되면 상기 제2스프링(58)의 탄성력을 극복하면서 개방상태로 유지되어져 있던 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)가 폐쇄측으로 이동하지 않도록 저지하고, 상기 파이럿잭(51)에 압력이 가해지면 상기 제2스프링(58)의 탄성력과 함께 상기 반메타니즘(65)에 의해 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)가 폐쇄측으로 이동하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 3방향유압밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반잠금메카니즘(65)이, 상기 파이럿잭(51)의 피스톤(49)과 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)를 연결해주는 연결로드(61) 윗쪽에 형성된 경사부(62)에서 동작하도록, 상기 밸브몸체(36)에 적어도 1개의 탄발지지체가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 3방향유압밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄력지지체에 스프링(66)에 의해 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)의 연결로드(61)와 상호 동작하는 1개이상의 볼(64)이 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 3방향유압밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)의 작동길이가 상기 공급밸브헤드(40)의 작동거리보다 길게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 3방향유압밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배출밸브헤드(44)가, 이 밸브(44)의 한쪽에 형성된 푸시로드(54)에 의해 상기 공급밸브헤드(40)의 상부면을 밀어주고, 상기 푸시로드(54)의 한쪽끝과 상기 공급밸브헤드(40)의 상부면사이에는 일정한 틈새(68)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3방향유압밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브몸체(36)에 자기유지회로가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 3방향유입밸브.
