Claims (1)
- 중실 도어가 열려 중실 도어 스위치(SW1)가 오프되었는가를 검출하여 중실 도어 스위치(SW1)가 오프되었으면 중실 흡입구 댐퍼 감지용 스위치(SW2)의 감지에 의해 중실 흡입구 댐퍼(5)를 닫은 후 중실 출구 댐퍼 감지용 스위치(SW3)의 감지에 의해 중실 출구 댐퍼(6)를 닫은다음 탈취기(6′)를 오프시키고 리턴하되, 중실 도어 스위치(SW1)가 온이면 김치를 숙성시킬 것인가를 검출하는 제1과정과; 상기 제1과정에서 김치를 숙성시킬 경우에는 중실 흡입구 및 출구 댐퍼(5,6)를 닫고, 탈취기(6′)를 구동시킨 다음 키입력부(K)로부터 선택된 메뉴에 따라 캡슐실(4)내의 숙성팬(FM)과 숙성히터(H)를 구동시킨 후 선택된 시간에 도달되면 숙성팬(FM)과 숙성히터(H)를 오프시키고, 고내 온도에 따라 중실 출구 및 흡입구 댐퍼(6,5)를 온,오프시켜 캡슐실(4)내의 온도를 약 -1도로 유지시키는 제2과정과; 상기 제1과정에서 김치를 숙성시키지 않을 때에는 중실 흡입구 및 출구 댐퍼(5,6)를 열어 중실 고내 냉기를 순환시키되 더미스터(TH)를 통해 고내 온도를 계속 감지하여 적정 온도가 유지되도록 중실 출구 댐퍼(6)를 개폐하고, 탈취기(6′)를 온,오프시키는 제3과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 간접냉각 방식에 의한 발효식품 숙성 및 보관방법.
