Claims (18)
- 높은 비율의 입방체 또는 표면조직위 입방체, 편극 J 2500 〉1.7T 및 저 철심손을 가지며, 다음을 함유한 강으로 구성된 비배향 전기 스트립.≤0.025%C, 〈0.10%Mn, 0.1-4.4%Si, 0.1-4.4%Al (관계식(%Si)+2(%Al) 〉 1.6% 및 (%Si)+(%Al) 〈4.5%에 일치하는 조건하에), 불가피한 불순물을 포함한 잔량 철.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5-4.0% Si로 합금된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5-2.0% Si로 합금된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.3-2.0% Al로 합금된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관계식 (%si)+2(%Al)〉2%에 일치하는 Si 및 Al의 양으로 합금된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 스트립.
- 제1-5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.08% 이하의 Mn으로 합금된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 스트립.
- 제5항에 있어서, C 0.015%보다 크지 않게 합금된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.001-0.015% C로 합금된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 스트립.
- 제1-8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경계-표면 활성 성분으로서 Sn 및/또는 Sb 전체 0.005-0.15%로 합금된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 스트립.
- 강을 두께3.5㎜보다 적지않게 열압연시킨다음, 얻어진 열압연 스트립을 중간 재결정화 아닐링없이 적어도 86%의 감소정도로 냉각압연시키고 냉각압연 스트립을 아닐시키는 것을 특징으로하는 고 비율의 입방체 또는 표면 조직위 입방체, 편극 J 2500〉 1.7T 및 저 철심손을 가지며, 다음의 강으로 구성된 배향 전기 스트립의 제조방법.≤0.025%C, 〈0.10%Mn, 0.1-4.4%Si, 0.1-4.4%Al (관계식(%Si)+2(%Al) 〉 1.6% 및 (%Si)+(%Al) 〈4.5%에 일치하는 조건하에), 불가피한 불순물을 포함한 진량 철.
- 제10항에 있어서, 마무리 트레인에서 열압연중 슬라브 온도가 1000-1060℃일 때 패스당 감소가 30%보다 높지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10또는 11항에 있어서, 열압연을 900-960℃의 최종 압연온도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제10-12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 180-300℃의 스트립 온도를 두께 1.3-1.9㎜로 냉간압연중 유지시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제10-13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종 두께의 1.12-1.20 배에 달하는 스트립두께로서, 냉각압연 스트립을 최종두께로 냉각압연시키기전에 비재결정화 회복 아닐링 시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 아닐링을 400-500℃의 온도에서 1-10시간동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 최종 두께로 압연된 스트립에 연속로에서 예비 탈탕화 아닐링을 제공한 다음 900-1100℃의 온도에서 최종 아닐링을 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 제10-15항중 어느 한항에 따른 완전 처리된 전기 스티립의 제조방법.
- 냉각압연 스트립을 회분식 아닐링 노에서 H2분위기하에서 재결정화로서 아닐시킨다음7% 이하의 감소정도로서 평탄화 또는 표층 패스 압연시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제10-15항중 어느 한 항에 따른 반처리된 전기 스트립의 제조방법.
- 냉각압연 스트립을 750-900℃의 온도의 연속로에서 5분이하 재결정화로서 아닐시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제10-15항중 어느 한 항에 따른 반처리된 전기 스트립의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
