Claims (1)

  1. 기준마아크가 그려진 패턴검출의 대상물로부터 화상데이터를 작성하는 촬성수단과, 상기 화상데이터의 2치화수단과, 2치화된 대상화상의 윤곽선을 검출하는 윤곽선 검출수단과, 검출된 윤곽선의 접선의 수평 방향에 대한 각도를 산출하는 윤곽선 각도 산출수단과, 그 산출한 각도의 변화를 산출하는 윤곽선 각도차 산출수단과, 그 각도차의 열(列)의 일부와. 미리 등록되어 있는 기준패턴의 윤곽선 접선의 각도변화와 일치하는 비율을 순차적으로 산출하는 일치도 산출수단을 구비하고, 상기, 산출된 일치도 데이터로부터, 상기 등록된 기준패턴에 가장 근사한 패턴을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기준마이크 패턴검출장치.
