Description
Claims (1)
- SiC 분말과 소결조제로 되어 있는 성형체를 소성후, 열간정수압 프레스법에 의하여 고밀도 SiC 소결체를 얻는 방법에 있어서, 3C, 2H 폴리형 중에서 최소한 1종류로 되어 있는 SiC 분말 95.0-99.9중량% 및 6H, 4H, 15R 폴리형 중에서 최소한 1종류로 되어 있고, 평균 입경이 3C, 2H 폴리형의 것보다 2배 미만인 SiC 분말 5.0-0.1중량%와의 SiC 혼합분말 99.0-99.8중량%, 붕소 또는 붕소를 함유하는 화합물을 붕소로 환산하며 0.1-5.0중량%, 탄소 또는 탄소를 생성하는 유기 화합물을 탄소로 환산하여 0.1-5.0중량%로 되어 있는 조합분말을 혼합형성하고, 다음에 진공중 또는 불활성 분위기중 1,900-2,300℃의 온도하에서 소성한 후, 불활성 분위기중 1,800-2,200℃의 온도, 100기압 이상의 압력하에서 열간정수압 프레스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 SiC 소결체의 제조방법.
