Claims (14)

  1. 아세테이트 완충액을 포함하고 0.01-0.06M의 전체 아세테이트 농도 및 실온에서 4.0-5.0의 pH를 갖는 수용성 펜타미딘 염의 수성 용액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 펜타미딘 염이 메실레이트, 글루코네이트, 락테이트 또는 이세티오네이트인 용액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 펜타민딘 염이 이세티오네이트인 용액.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전체 아세테이트 농도가 0.02M인 용액.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 에서, pH가 약 4.6인 용액.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무균인 용액.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 완충액이 아세트 산 및 알칼리 금속 아세테이트 또는 암모늄 아세테이트의 수성 용액을 포함하는 용액
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 완충액이 아세트 산 및 아세트산 나트륨의 수성 용액을 포함하는 용액.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펜타미딘 염 농도가 1% 중량/부피 내지 10%중량/부피인 용액.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펜타미딘 염 농도가 1.2% 중량/부피 내지 6%중량/부피인 용액.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 등장성인 용액.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 비-이온 강직성 조절제로서 당 또는 당 알코올을 포함하는 용액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 당 또는 알코올이 덱스트로스, 포도당, 솔비톨, 만니톨 또는 키실리톨인 용액.
  14. 아세테이트 완충액을 포함하고, 0.01-0.06M의 전체 아세테이트 농도 및 실온에서 4.0-5.0의 pH를 가지며, 약물로서 사용하기 위한 수용성 펜타미딘 염의 수용액.
