Description
Claims (13)
- 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서에 있어서, 기록 매체상의 패턴 트랙에 면하여 배열된 검출 소자, 기록 매체상의 상기 패턴 트랙과 상기 검출 소자사이의 순간 여유에 상응한 여유신호 발생수단과, 상기 여유 신호에 따라 상기 센서의 출력신호를 보상하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체가 상기 패턴 트랙에 자성 패턴을 갖고, 상기 검출수단이 자기 저항 소자이며, 상기 발생수단이 상기 기록 매체상의 상기 패턴 트랙에 면하여 배열된 여유 센서를 포함하며, 상기 제어수단이 상기 여유 센서로부터의 검출신호에 따라 그 출력 전류의 크기를 변화시키는 상기 여유 센서에 연결된 제어 장치와 상기 제어장치에 연결되고 강도가 상기 제어 장치로부터의 상기 전류에 따라 변화하는 바이어스 자계를 발생하기 위하여 상기 자기 저항 소자 근처에 배열된 자계 발생기를 포함하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 여유 센서가 정전 용량형 센서인 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 정전 용량형 센서가 상기 기록 매체상의 상기 패턴 트랙에 면하고 있는 상기 자기 저항 소자로부터 일정한 거리에 배열된 금속판과 상기 금속판, 상기 기록 매체 및 상기 제어장치에 연결된 검출회로를 포함한 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체가 상기 패턴 트랙에 자성 패턴을 가지며, 상기 검출 수단이 자기 저항 소자이고, 상기 발생수단이 상기 기록 매체 근처에 배열된 여유 센서를 포함하며, 상기 제어 수단이 상기 여유 센서로부터의 검출신호에 따라 그 출력 전압 레벨을 변화시키기 위하여 상기 여유 센서에 연결된 제어 장치와 상기 제어장치에 연결되고 상기 제어 장치로부터의 상기 출력 전압에 따라 상기 기록 매체상의 상기 자성 패턴으로부터 떨어져서 그 쪽으로 상기 자기 저항 소자를 이동하기 위하여 상기 자기 저항 소자를 지지하는 압전 소자를 포함하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기 여유 센서가 상기 기록 매체의 상부 표면에 공간적으로 면하고 있는 첫번째 전극과 상기 기록 매체의 중앙 회전 굴대와 접촉하여 배열된 두번째 전극을 포함하며, 상기 제어수단이 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 전극 사이의 정전 용량을 측정하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서에 있어서, 기록 매체상의 패턴 트랙에 면하여 배열된 적어도 한쌍의 검출 소자와, 상기 검출 소자로부터의 검출신호에 따라 상기 센서의 출력신호를 보상하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 검출 소자가 같은 수평위치에서 같은 여유를 가지고 상기 기록 매체의 상부 및 하부표면에 면하여 있는 한쌍의 자기 저항 소자를 포함하고, 상기 제어수단이 상기 자기 저항 소자의 출력을 결합하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제10항에 있어서, 상기 브릿지 회로가 또한 보통의 저항 소자를 포함하고, 한쪽의 검출 소자 장치의 한 자기 저항 소자와 다른쪽의 검출 소자 장치의 한 자기 저항 소자가 직렬 연결되어 상기 브릿지 회로의 첫번째 사이드를 형성하고, 상기 한쪽의 검출 소자 장치의 다른 자기 저항 소자와 상기 다른쪽의 검출 소자 장치의 다른 자기 저항 소자가 직렬 연결되어 상기 브릿지 회로의 두번째 사이드를 형성하며, 하나의 보통 저항 소자가 상기 브릿지 회로의 상기 첫번째 사이드에 반대편에 있는 세번째 사이드를 형성하고, 다른 보통의 저항 소자가 상기 브릿지 회로의 상기 두번째 사이드의 반대편에 있는 네번째 사이드를 형성하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
- 청구범위 제10항에 있어서, 상기 자기 저항 각각이 상기 브릿지 회로의 각 사이드를 형성하는 개량된 비 접촉형 패턴 센서.
