Claims (9)
- 단부부재(13,14)에 부착된 결합봉에 의해 연결된 두개의 단부부재와, 결합봉을 따라 단부부재사이에 분포되었으며 단부부배사이에 걸린 연료봉(11)의 더미를 유지하는 격자로 형성된 골격체를 포함하는 형태의 핵연료 조립체를 재구성하는 장치에 있어서, 하나의 단부부재를 제거하도록 챔버내의 조립체를 고정하는 수단을 포함하며, 연료 조립체를 수용하기 위한 제1챔버(AI)와; 골격체를 고정하기 위한 수단을 가지며, 단부부재가 없는 새로운 연료 조립체 골격을 수용하기 위한 제2챔버(AS)와; 두 개의 수직으로 설치된 일선상의 챔버를 수용하여, 보호수층이 봉위에 있도록 하는 수준까지 챔버를 유지하기 위한 리프트를 포함하는 보수대와; 제1챔버내에 포함된 조립체로부터 동시에 골격체속으로 하나의 연료봉을 끌어내기 위한 이송공구(106)와, 단부부재들을 골격체상에 설치하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 챔버(AI,AS)는 그의 각 단부에 챔버 조종공구(OMA)를 수용하기 위한 기둥(58,82)을 지지하는 판(AII,AIS,ASI,ASS)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 몇 개의 판은 조종공구(OMB)를 수용하기 위한 기능을 갖는 제거 가능한 플러그(BIS,BSI)를 수용하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 플러그(BIS,BSI)가 챔버내에 포함된 조립체 또는 골격체의 축방향 유지를 위해 부재(69,74)를 포함하고 있으며, 그러한 부재는 원격제어장치에 의해 축방향으로 변위될 수 있어서, 챔버가 회전할 때 골격체 또는 조립체를 고정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체의 재구성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1챔버의 하부판(AII)과 제2챔버의 상부판(ASS)은 함께 이동되며 조립체 또는 골격체를 고정하고 센터링하기 위한 수단을 형성하는 크램핑 슈우즈(22)를 가지고, 상기 조립체는 그 단하나의 하단부재만이 제거될 수 있도록 재구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 챔버가 180°로 기울게 만드는 회전기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이송중 하부로 회전하는 제1챔버의 단부에 부착되는 골격체유지 마스크를 포함하며, 그러한 마스크는 봉 이송공구를 안내하기 위한 개구를 형성하여 1회에 하나의 봉을 이송하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 추출될 봉을 갖는 조립체의 단부부재를 제거하기 위해공구를 안내하는 적어도 하나의 여분 마스크(MIS)를 가지고 있으며, 상기 마스크는 단부부재에 부착하고 센터링하기 위한 차단수단과 조종공구를 수용하기 위한 기둥들을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 회전 개구는 챔버의 중앙에 설치된 두 개의 절반측(56)을 수용하기 위해 두 개의 조립체를 갖는 규정된 높이의 변위될 수 있는 프레임을 가지고 있으며, 수동제어수단은 챔버를 기울게 하도록 적어도 절반축의 하나에서 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 재구성장치.
