Claims (10)
- 사람 호중구 화학주성 인자 폴리펩티드의 제조방법으로서, 상기 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는 DNA가 삽입되어 있는 발현벡터로 형질전환된 세포를 배양함에 의한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사람 호중구 화학주성 인자 폴리펩티드가 다음식[I]에 의해 표시되는 아미노산 배열로 이루어지는 폴리펩티드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사람 호중구 화학주성 인자 폴리펩티드를 코드화하는 DNA가 다음식 [A]로 표시되는 염기배열, 또는 그의 축퇴성 배열로 이루어지는 DNA인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형질전환된 세포가 대장균인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발현벡터로서 재조합 플라스미드 pHNP101을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 도시된 식[A]로 표시되는 염기 배열 및 상기 식[A]로 표시된 염기배열 위쪽에 다음식 [B]로 표시되는 염기배열을 가지고 있는 DNA.5′-XGGAGGTTTYATTATG-3′ 식 [B](상기식에서, X는 (A)X를 의미하고, x는 1내지 5이며, Y는 (A)y(T)Z를 의미하고, y는 0 내지 3이며 z는 0또는 1이다.)

- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나의 방법에 의하여 제조되는 사람 호중구 화학주성 인자폴리펩티드의 정제방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드의 처리에 있어서 다음 단계, 형질전환체의 파괴, 핵산을 제거하기 위한 처리, 염석, 음이온 및/또는 양이온 교환 크로마토그래피, 한외여과, 및 겔 여과의 조합에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
