제1도는 여러 하부 척추 사이에 삽입된 본 발명의 보철 이식체를 도시하기 위하여 단면을 도시한 부분적으로 생략된 인간의 척추 칼럼의 하부부분의 측면도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 취한 제1도의 일부분의 후면도이다. 제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 취한 단면에서 생략된 횡단면도이다.

Claims (22)

  1. 인접한 척추(2,3:3,4)의 면에 대향된 예정된 지역(15,115)을 횡단하고 인접 척추 사이의 디스크 거리(14,114)는 상기 인접한 척추 사이에서 요구되는 디스크 거리를 유지하고 인접한 척추의 예정된 지역에 자리잡고 있는 횡단지주를 형성하기 위하여 크기와 형상이 정해진 나란한 강성플러그(11,31 내지 34,111)를 구비하고, 각각의 플러그는 척추로부터 뼈의 내부 성장을 용이하게 하기 위하여 상기 예정된 지역을 상호 로킹하는 거친표면(11b,31b,32b,34d,122)을 가지고, 각각의 플러그는 예정된 지역에 플러그를 단부 방향으로의 삽입을 용이하게 하기 위하여 공구상에 플러그를 단부 방향으로 고정 장착하기 위하여 플러그(19,11d)의 내부로 연장된 공구수용 수단과 단부면을 가진 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  2. 디스크 거리(14,114)를 가진 이격된 대향 표면을 가지고 상기 디스크 거리를 유지하고 공구(24,120)의 단부상에 거친표면(11b,31b,32b,34d,122)을 가진 불활성 강성 플러그(11,31 내지 34,111)를 장착하고, 척추의 인접 측면으로부터 안쪽으로 이격된 상기 대향면에 대향 횡단채널(15,155)을 절단하고 척추(16,116)의 대향 측면을 종단하고, 척추를 지지하는 지주를 형성하기 위하여 상기 채널안의 공구상에 플러그를 단부 방향으로 삽입하고, 플러그를 이동함이 없이 플러그로부터 공구를 제거하고, 결합된 상기 거친 표면 둘레의 척추로부터 뼈의 내부 성장을 촉진하는 인접한 척추를 함께 융합하는 방법.
  3. 인접한 척추 몸체를 연결하는 조직(112a)을 가진 붕괴된 손상척추 디스크의 대향 측면상에 이격된 대향 측면을 가지고 상기 척추 몸체의 대향된 면은 그안에 절단된 횡단채널(15,155)을 가지고, 상기 디스크 조직은 채널과 정렬된 구멍(121a)을 가지고, 인접한 척추(2,3:3,4)를 함께 융합하도록 채용된 보철 장치에 있어서, 손상되지 않은 본래의 디스크 거리를 유지하기 위하여 디스크 조직을 연신하도록 채널에 가압 결합하기 위한 정렬된 채널의 하부 사이의 손상된 디스크 거리보다 큰 높이를 가진 강성의 불활성 플러그(11,31 내지 34,111)와, 몸체가 고정되고 융합하도록 채널내에 기초한 척추 몸체로부터 뼈조직의 내부 성장을 용이하게 하기 위하여 채널(15,115)의 표면을 결합하기 위하여 상기 플러그상의 표면(11b,31b,32b,34d,122)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  4. 정렬된 채널과 연통하는 디스크 조직(112a)에 구멍(121a)을 구비하고, 손상되지 않은 디스크의 디스크 거리를 유지하기 위하여 디스크 조직을 연신하고 이격된 인접한 척추를 펼치기 위하여 디스크 조직내의 구멍과 채널에 강성의 불활성 플러그(11,31 내지 34,111)를 가압하고, 척추에 플러그를 융합시키기 위하여 뼈의 내부 성장을 촉진하고 채널 표면을 파지하기 위하여 상기 플러그상에 불규칙한 표면(11b,31b,32b,34d,122)을 구비하고 이격된 척추의 인접한면에 절단된 횡단채널(15,115)을 구비하고 붕괴된 중재하는 손상 디스크 조직에 의해 연결된 이격된 인접척추 몸체를 제1항의 장치를 사용하여 함께 융합하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 플러그의 거친 표면은 강성 금속으로부터 방사하는 미늘(32b,122)이고 뼈의 내부성장을 수용하는 연장된 지역을 구비하고 척추에 물리도록 플러그의 공구수용 단부쪽으로 경사진 인도면(32c,122c)을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 척추칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 공구수용 수단은 공구의 단부를 가진 나사이 결합을 위하여 플러그의 단부면에 내부에 나사이를 가진 구멍(19,111d)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 내부에 나사이를 가진 구멍으로부터 방사상의 단부면내에 방사상 슬롯(20)을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 척추칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 거친 표면은 너얼링된 표면(11b), 피팅된 표면(31b), 미늘을 가진 표면(32b,122) 강모표면(34d)과 예정된 지역을 결합하는 나사이를 가진 표면(32b)으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 거친 표면은 플러그의 수축을 시도할때 예정된 지역에 물리고 예정된 지역에 삽입을 용이하게 하기 위하여 삽입 방향으로 변형 가능하고 플러그의 외주로부터 방사하는 미늘(32c,34d)인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 플러그는 피질 뼈로부터 멀리 돌출됨이 없이 척추의 연약한 캔셀로우즈뼈를 펼치고 척추의 단단한 피질 뼈(18,118)를 결합 하기에 충분한 길이를 가진 충실로드(11,31 내지 34,111)인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 거친 표면은 플러그상의 플라스틱 물질코팅(34c)의 외주상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 횡단채널(15,115)은 편평한 측면을 가지고 강성플러그(31,111)는 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 직사각형형 플러그는 채널에 들어가는 테이퍼진 인도단부(119c)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 플러그가 높이보다 큰 길이와 높이보다 작은 폭을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 칼럼을 위한 보철장치.
