전방향족 폴리아미드를 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드 용매에 용해시켜서 된 방사원액을 압출시켜서 연신시킨후 수세, 건조 및 열처리시켜서 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 제조하는데 있어서, 전방향족 폴리아미드를 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드 용매에 용해시켜서 폴리머의 함량은 15 내지 25중량%가 되고, 고유점도는 1.4 내지 2.5가 되도록 방사원액을 만든다음, 이원액을 고온으로 가열된 질소기체가 순환하는 방사통내부로 토출시켜 상기 용매를 제거 시키면서 미연신사를 형성시킨 후, 연신, 수세 건조 및 열처리시켜 됨을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.In the production of wholly aromatic polyamide fibers by extruding and stretching the spinning stock solution obtained by dissolving the wholly aromatic polyamide in a N, N-dimethylacetamide solvent, followed by washing with water, drying and heat treatment, the wholly aromatic polyamide is N, N- After dissolving in dimethylacetamide solvent, the polymer content is 15 to 25% by weight, and the spinning solution is made so that the intrinsic viscosity is 1.4 to 2.5, and then the binary solution is discharged into the spinning barrel through which nitrogen gas heated to high temperature circulates.
