Claims (13)
- 활주가능하며 기어프로필(gear grofile)이 제공되있는 피스톤 및 전기모터로 구동가능한 입력부재가 내장되 있으며 상기 피스톤 기어 프로필과 계합된 보완적 기어 구조를 지니는 실린더 몸체를 포함하는 브레이크액튜에이터(brak actuator)로서, 상기 모터가 피스톤을 실린더를 따라 구동시키는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어 프로필이 피스톤의 길이로 뻗어있는 래크(rack) 구조인 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 구동입력부재는 로타리 피니언 요소(rotary pinion element)인 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더가 피스톤 전방에서는 가압된 유체용 배출 포트(out portt)를 제공하며 피스톤 후방에서는 마스터 실린더 연결용 유체 유입 포트(inlet port)를 제공하는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더가 피스톤 전방에서는 밸브 수단으로 제어되는 유체 유입구 및 가압된 유체용 배출포트를 제공하며 피스톤 후방에서는 대기로 구멍난 공간을 제공하는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 래크 구조가 피스톤상에 각을 이루며 간격진 위치로 제공되었고 각기의 퍼니언 요소와 개합되며, 상기 하나의 피니언은 모터나 아이들 기어 수단(idler gear means)으로 구동되는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 흡입 포트가 피스톤의 길이 통로를 경유해 피스톤 전방의 압력 챔버와 연통해 있으며, 밸브수단이 배치되있어 주로 상기 통로를 폐쇄시키지만 피스톤이 후퇴된 위치에 있을때는 유입구로부터 상기 통로를 통해 유체를 유동시키도록 개방시키는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피스톤 전방의 압력 챔버에는 실린더 몸체내에 길이로 성형된 통로를 경유하여 유체 유입 포트와 연통해있는 보충 포트가 제공되있는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 제4, 6 또는 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더 몸체에는 상기 유체 유입구 및 배출구와 각기 연통하는 다른 직경의 보어(bore)부에 제각기 대응하는 다른 직경부를 지니는 밸런스 피스톤(balance piston)을 포함하는 계단식 토어가 부가적으로 합체되있으며. 상기 피스톤 부분들은 피스톤 왕복의 맞은편 양극단에서 피스톤에 의해 작동되도록 배치된 스위치와 제각기 결합되며, 피스톤이 상기 양극단중 한극단을 향해 밀려나가게 되므로써, 상기 스위치 작동에 의해 밸런스 피스톤이 유입 압력 및 배출구 압력을 감지하여 배출구 압력 변화용 모터를 작동시키는 신호를 제공하는 브레이크 액튜에이터.
- 선행항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 브레이크 액튜에이터와 합체되있는 브레이크 시스템으로서, 액튜에이터의 유체 유입구에 연결된 주 유체 압력원, 액튜에이터의 유체 배출구에 연결된 브레이크, 액톤에이터의 유입구 압력 및 배출구 압력을 표시하는 전기신호 산출용 수단, 상기 신호들을 수납하도록 배치되있으며 액튜에이터 모터가 미리선정된 변수들에 따라 액튜에이터 출력 압력을 변화시키는 액튜에이터 모터에 적용된 반응 출력 신호들을 산출하도록 배치되있는 전자 제어기를 포함하는 브레이크 시스템(braking system).
- 제11항에 있어서, 다수의 브레이크들이 각기의 쌍으로 제공되있어 한쌍의 브레이크 액튜에이터로 제어되며, 각기의 쌍의 하나의 브레이크는 한쌍의 구동 휘일과 제각기 연관되있으며 각기의 쌍의 다른 브레이크들이 한쌍의 비구동 휘일에 제각기 연관되있으며, 전자 신호 산출 수단이 상기 구동 휘일에서 초기 스핀(spin)조건을 감지 하며 구동 휘일상의 브레이크의 적용으로 상기 조건을 수정하도록 대응 액튜에이터 모터를 구동시키는 제어기에 표시 신호를 제공하며, 전자 커트 오프 밸브 (cut off valve) 가 비구동 휘일에 연관되있으며 상기 조건의 연속중 비구동 휘일들의 브레이크를 분리하도록 제어기에 의해 작동가능한 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 브레이크 액튜에이터와 합체된 브레이크 시스템으로서, 브레이크 요구를 나타내는 출력신호를 제공하는 운전자 작동수단, 액튜에이터의유체 배출구에 연결된 브레이크, 상기 신호들을 수납하여 액튜에이터에 적용된 대응 출력 신호를 제공하도록 배치되 있어 브레이크에 대응작동 압력을 공급하는 전자 제어기를 포함하는 브레이크 시스템.
- 제10항 내지 12항에 있어서, 전자 신호산출 수단들이 제공되있어 각기 브레이크가 걸린 휘일에서 초기 미끄럼 조건을 감지하며 상기 조건을 수정하여 브레이크 압력을 변화시키도록 액뮤에이터 모터 잘 구동시키는 제어기에 표시 신호를 공급하는 브레이크 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
