Claims (6)
- 공동체의 둘레벽으로부터 외부를 향해 튀어나와 있는 플랜지링을 구비하고, 돌출부가 공동체에 분착된 플랜지링의 생산을 위해 고정된 주머니 모형부분에 대해 축으로 이동할 수 있는 모형 미닫이를 통해 변할 수 있게 형성된 링모양의 돌출부를 구비하는 주머니 모형을 포함한 열가소성 합성수지로 된 공동체의 주머니 모형을 위한 장치에 있어서, 견고한 주머니 모형부분(3)과 첫번째 모형미닫이(1) 사이에서 이동할 수 있는 두번째 링모양의 모형미닫이(2)가 축방향으로 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 움직일 수 있는 두번째 모형미닫이(2)가 첫번째 모형미닫이(1)와 고정된 부분(3) 사이에서 움직일 수 있게 이동되고, 이때 링 미닫이(2)의 전면(6)과 모형미닫이(1)의 전면(8)에 의해 링돌출부(4)가 그리고 링 미닫이(2)의 전면(7)과 고정된 모형 중앙부분(3)의 전면에 의해 두 번째 돌출부(5)가 제한되고, 움직일 수 있는 모형부분(1,2)이 충돌할 때 링미닫이(2)의 상승거리는 모형미닫이(1)의 상승거리보다 더 짧게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 주머니 모형에 의해 합성수지-공동체 특히 통의 제작을 위한 방법에 있어서, 공동체와 이에 속하는 뚜껑이 작업단계에서 동시에 주머니 모형으로 만들어지고, 이때 공동체에 있는 외투 프랜지와 뚜껑에 있는 링플랜지의 모형연결이 주머니 모형안에 배치된 두개의 링돌출부 안으로 도관을 불어넣음으로 인한 축의 적합한 상승운동으로 발생되고, 모형 연결을 따라 공동체로부터 뚜껑이 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 주머니 모형안에 배치된 두개의 모형미닫이가 플랜지 모형을 향해 다양한 상승속도와 상승운동으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 링미닫이(2)의 상승속도와 상승거리가 모형미닫이(1)의 상승속도보다 상승거리보다보다 더 작고 더 짧게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 두 모형미닫이가 다양한 상승속도로 이동하는 동시에 자신의 단부위치가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.작업단계에서 일반적으로 유일한 주머니 모형으로 제조되는 뚜껑을 구비한 주머니 모양의 통에 있어서, 통(11)이 자신의 상부입구의 가까이에 그리고 뚜껑(10)이 탄력링에 의해 맞은편에 고정되기 위해 때에 따라 실제로 사선으로 밖을 향해 떨어져 있는 고정된 링플랜지(14, 15)를 구비하고 이 때 두 링플랜지(14, 15)가 충돌에 의해 떨어져 이동될 수 있는 두 개의 모형 미닫이에 의해 주머니 모형내부에서 바로 주머니 모형연결에 이어진 상태로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
