제3도는 하기의 실시예 Ⅱ의 설명과 같이 조제된 건식분쇄 탄산칼슘과 습식분쇄 탄산칼슘 혼합의 정형 세디그래프.
Claims (20)
- 미세하게 분할한 미립자 조성물에 있어서,A. 상당구경이 약 5μm에서 약 30μm의 중앙 입자출현 범위에 있고, 그의 입경 분포가 (a) 최고 약 10중량 퍼센트의 입자출현이 상당구경 약 80μm보다 크고; (b) 최소 약 10중량 퍼센트의 입자출현이 상당구경 약 10μm이하이며; (c) 최소 약 5중량 퍼센트의 입자출현이 상당구경 약 5μm 이하의 건식분쇄탄산칼슘이,B. 특성에 있어, (a) 습식분쇄 광물을 대표하는 세대그래프 입경분포 곡선상의 50% 점에서 광물 입자의 크기가 약 0.6μm에서 약 2.0μm의 상당구경이고; (b) 상기 분포곡선상의 50%점에서 광물입자의 크기에 의해 분할된 상기 분포곡선상의 80%점에서의 광물입자의 크기가 약 1.3에서 약 2.8까지의 수이고; (c) 상기 분포곡선상의 20%점에서 광물입자의 크기가 약 0.2μm에서 약 1.5μm까지의 상당구경이고; 출현광물입자 전체크기가; -최고 약 2중량 퍼센트의 출현입자가 상당구경 약 10μm보다 크고; -최하 약 97중량 퍼센트의 출현입자가 상당구경 약 7μm이하이고; -최하 약 90중량 퍼센트의 출현입자가 상당구경 약 5.5μm이하이고; -최하 약 70중량 퍼센트의 출현입자가 상당구경 약 3μm이하이고; -최하 약 20퍼센트의 출현입자가 상당구경 약 1.5μm이하이며; 그리고 -최고 약 40중량 퍼센트의 출현입자가 상당구경 약 0.4μm인 습식분쇄 탄산 칼슘과 혼합된 혼합물로 이루어지는 미세분할 미립자 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 모든 출현 입자량의 최하 50%가 건식분쇄 탄산칼슘인 미세분할 미립자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건식분쇄 탄산칼슘과 습식분쇄 탄산칼슘의 퍼센트 비가 약 75:25인 미세분할 미립자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건식분쇄 탄산칼슘과 습식분쇄 탄산칼슘의 퍼센트 비가 약 90:10인 미세분할 미립자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건식분쇄 탄산칼슘과 습식분쇄 탄산칼슘의 퍼센트 비가 약 95:5인 미세분할 미립자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건식분쇄 입자출현의 50중량 퍼센트가 상당구경 약 7μm에서 약 20μm의 범위이고, 건식분쇄 입자출현의 최고 약 1중량 퍼센트가 상당구경 80μm보다 크고, 출현입자의 최소 25 중량 퍼센트가 상당구경 약 10μm이하이며, 그리고 건식분쇄 입자출현의 최소 약 10중량 퍼센트가 상당구경 약 5μm이하인 미세분할 미립자 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미세분할 탄산칼슘 조성물을 충전제로서 함유하는 수지조성물.
