본 고안은 온돌난방용 순환 열풍가열기에 관한 것으로 더 구체적으로는 얄팍한 두께의 온돌판 내부 열풍공간부에 열풍가열기내의 방열을 강제 송입순환 시켜서 온돌난방을 효과적으로 할 수 있게 할 목적으로 한 것이다The present invention relates to a circulating hot air heater for ondol heating. 종래 가열기들은 연소기의 연소열을 온돌판 내부에 직송시키도록 된 것이어서 불완전 연소가스가 온돌판으로 유입되면 방바닥에서 유해가스가 유입되는등 위험성이 있으며 연탄을 가라 넣을때는 잔방이 미약한 결함이 있었으므로 본 고안은 연소기의 화염은 상부 방열통을 통해서 연통으로 배기되게 함과 동시에 하부 기름 방열통을 설치하여 이 기름방열통과 상부의 방열통에서 발산되는 순수 방열만을 송풍기로 강제 송풍시켜서 배열관을 통해 온돌방의 온돌판내로 강제 송입순환될 수 있도록하고 또 연탄을 가라 넣을때도 난방이 계속 유지될 수 있도록 착안한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventional heaters are designed to directly transfer the combustion heat of the combustor to the inside of the ondol plate. 밀폐된 열풍통(1)의 온기실(2) 하부 중심부에 연소실(3)을 상향으로 구획 형성하여 그 안에 연소기(4)를 설치하도록 하고 연소실(3) 우측 중간벽에는 연통(5)을 외부로 연설하여 연소가스가 배기되도록 한 것에 있어서 그 온기실(2) 상부내에 중간의 연결관(6)으로 상하 관통되게 한 이단의 상,하 방열통(7), (7')을 내입설치하여 하부 연소실(3)과 연통관(8)으로 연통되게 설치하여 연소기(4)의 연소상승열이 방열통(7), (7)'을 따라 유도배열되게하고 하부방열통(7)에는 방열유통로(17)를 형성하며 또 연소실(3) 상판의 연통관(8) 주위에는 방열편(12')을 가진 기름방열통(12)을 착설하여 급유통(18)과 연결하여 기름의 고열방열을 하도록 하고 상부방열통(7')의 우측에는 배열관(9)을 하부 연통(5)과 관통되게 하거나 수평으로 관통되게 설치하며, 열풍통(1) 하부 좌측에는 밀폐된 케이스(10)내에 송풍기(11)를 설치하여 온기실(2)내로 송풍 할 수 있게하고 케이스(10) 후측에는 환기관(13)을 연결하여 온돌난방에서 방바닥에 설치되는 온돌판(15)에 연결하도록 하고 열풍통(1)의 상부에는 열풍송입관(14)을 설치하여 온돌판(15)내의 열풍공간부에 설치된 열풍분배관(16)에 연결하도록 한 것으로 본 고안을 실시함에 있어서는 고열을 방출 할 수 있는 기름 방열통(12)을 여러단으로 하거나 방열통(7), (7')만의 설치로 실시할 수도 있는 것이다.Combustion chamber 3 is formed upwardly in the center of the lower portion of the heat chamber 2 of the sealed hot air chamber 1 so that a combustor 4 is installed therein, and a communication 5 is external to the right middle wall of the combustion chamber 3.
