Claims (5)
- 편평한 단위권선과 정류자의 권선피연결부에 대응하는 연결부가 교호로 연속해서 형성된 권선연속재를 사용하고, 정류자의 각 권선피연결부에의 상기 연결부의 연결과, 정류자의 주위에 배설된 단위권선 위치결정부에의 상기 단위권선의 장착을 교호로 소정의 위치순으로 행하고, 상기 서로 연결된 피연결부와 연결부를 전기적으로 접속하고, 또 정류자의 주위에 위치결정되어 맞포개어진 각 단위권선을 그들 접촉부간에서 결합하므로서, 편평모우터의 전기자를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편평모우터의 전기자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 권선피연결부는 훅부, 상기 훅부와 감합하는 연결륜으로 되어 있는 편평모우터의 전기자 제조방법.
- 편평한 단위권선과 정류자의 권선피연결부에 대응하는 연결부를 교호로 연속해서 형성하여 권선연속재를 얻는 공정과, 그 권선연속재를 사용하여, 정류자의 각 권선피연결부에의 상기 연결부의 연결, 및 정류자의 주위에 배설된 단위권선의 위치결정부에의 단위 권선의 장착을 교호로 소정의 위치순으로 행하고, 상기 서로 연결된 피연결부와 연결부를 전기적으로 접속하고, 또 정류자의 주위에 위치결정되어 맞포개어진 각 단위권선을 그들 접촉부간에서 결합하는 공정을 서로 병행해서 진행시키므로서, 편평모우터의 전기자를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편평모우터의 전기자의 제조방법.
- 편평한 단위권선이 소정의 간격으로 연속하는 권속연속재를 형성하는 권선형성수단과, 이 권선형성수단에 병설된 권선 중간지지수단과, 권선형성수단상의 권선연속재를 권선중간지지수단상으로 바꾸어 옮기는 바꾸어 옮기는 수단과, 정류자지지부 및 그 주위에 배설된 단위권선위치결정부를 가지고 상기 권선중간지지수단의 권선연속재지지부에 따른 이동과 정류지지부를 중심으로한 회전이 가능한 전기자형성대와, 전기자형성대의 각 단위권선의 위치결정부 및 전기자 형성대에 지지되는 정류자의 각 권선피연결부를, 권선중간지지수단에 지지되는 권선연속재의 각 단위권선 및 그들간의 연결부에 대해서 소정의 위치순으로 대향하도록 전기자형성대를 이동 및 회전시키는 제어수단과, 순차적으로 대향하는 단위권선을 단위권선위치결정부에 장착하는 장착수단과, 순차적으로 대향하는 연결부를 권선연결부에 장착하는 장착수단과, 순차적으로 대향하는 연결부를 권선연결부에 연결하는 연결수단을 구비한 편평모우터의 전기자의 제조장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 권선형성수단은, 일면에 적어도 단위권선 편평하게 감는부가 소정수병설되고, 선재감는 방향과 권선인도 방향으로 반전동작 가능하게 착설된 권선형성대와, 선재감는 방향에 있는 권선형성대상의 각 단위권선 편평하게 감는부와 대향하고 이들에 연속한 선재를 순차 감아서 권선연속재를 형성하는 선재 감는 헤드로 이루어진 편평모우터의 전기자의 제조장치.
