Description
Claims (6)
- 각각 와권측판을 밑판에서 돌기시켜 형성한 고정스크롤 및 요동스크롤 및 요동스크롤을 서로 조합하여 상기 각 와권측판 및 밑판간에 복수의 실을 형성하여 요동스크롤을 선회시키므로서 상기 실에 흡입된 유체를 압축 혹은 팽창시키도록 구성한 스크롤 유체기계에 있어서, 상기 양스크롤의 각 와권측판과 동형상의 와권형상으로된 미조정용 엘레멘트와, 상기 양스크롤의 와권측판단면에따라 형성되고 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트가 압입되는 홈을 구비하며 또한 상기 홈내에는 그 깊이방향의 중간에 턱부분을 형성한것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 턱부분보다 상방개구부의 홈폭이 그 하방 저부홈 폭보다 크게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 깊이 방향 중간에 형성한 턱부분까지의 개구홈단면이 구형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 깊이 방향 중간에 설치한 턱부분의 형상이 홈하방으로 내려갈수록 홈폭이 좁아지도록 어느 각도로 경사져있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트는 가요성 재료로 되어있으며 단면형상이 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미조정용 엘레멘트의 폭치수는 홈의 턱부분 하방 저부의 홈폭보다는 크며 턱부분 상방 개구부의 홈폭보다는 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 유체기계.
