Claims (2)
- 차속을 검출하는 제1 및 제2의 차속센서(10) (11), 스테어링샤프트의 도중에 설치되어 핸들(1)의 회전력을 검출하는 토크센서(3), 상기 스테어링샤프트 또는 랙(rack)축(6)에 보조부하의 힘이 가해지는 DC모터(14), 이 DC모터의 출력축에 직결되어 상기 스테어링샤프트 또는 랙축(6)에 결합하는 전자(電磁)클러치(15), 상기 제1 및 제2의 차속센서(10), (11)와 상기 토크센서(3)의 신호를 입력으로 하고, 또한 상기 제1 및 제2의 차속센서(10), (11)의 양 출력으로부터 차속을 연산해서 그 차속연산의 결과의 차이가 소정 이상으로 되면 제1의 차속 센서(10)가 이상이라고 판단해서 상기 DC모터(14) 및 전자 클러치(15)를 소세(消勢)하여 상기 보조부하의 힘이 가해지지 않는 상태로 하는 콘트롤유닛(9)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 파워스테어링 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콘트롤유닛(9)은 상기 토크센서(3)로부터의 입력에 의해 조타토크를 측정하는 조타토크측정수단(9a), 제1의 차속센서(10) 및 제2의 차속센서(11)의 입력에 의해 차속을 측정하는 제1 및 제2의 차속측정수단(9b), (9c), 이 제1 및 제2의 차속측정수단(9b), (9c)의 차속측정결과의 차이가 소정치 이상일 때, 차속센서 이상이라고 판정하는 차속센서 이상판정수단(9d), 조타토크 및 차속대응의 모터전류치를 기억유지하는 모터전류기억수단(9e), 통상은 조타토크 및 차속대응에 의해 이 모터전류기억수단(9e)에 기억유지된 값을 판독한 값으로 결정하고, 상기 차속센서 이상판정수단(9d)의 출력이 이상판정 출력시에는 0으로 모터전류를 결정하는 모터전류결정수단(9f), 이모터전류결정수단(9f)의 출력에 따라서 상기 모터전류를 제어하는 모터전류제어수단(9g), 최소한 차속에 따라서 정해지는 조건과, 상기 차속센서 이상판정수단(9d)의 출력조건으로 상기 전자클러치(15)를 결합 또는 이탈하는 제어를 행하는 전자클러치 제어수단(9h)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 파워 스테어링 제어장치.
