Claims (14)
- 환원성 원소를 함유하며, 주성분이 니켈로 이루어지는 기체금속(2)과, 상기 기체금속(2)상에 형성되며, 알칼리토류금속산화물 및 산화스칸듐을 함유하는 전자방사물질층(3)과, 상기 전자방사물질층(3)을 가열하는 히이터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자방사물질층은 약 0.1-20중량%의 산화스칸듐을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환원성 원소는 규소와 마그네슘 중 최소한 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 전자관 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토류금속 산화물은 바륨, 스트론튬 및 칼슘의 산화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화스칸듐은 상기 전자방사물질층에 혼합되기 전에 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극.
- 산화스칸듐분말을 열처리하는 단계와, 상기 열처리된 산화스칸듐분말과 알칼리토류금속 탄산염 분말을 함유하는 현탁액을 제조하는 단계와, 기체금속상에 상기 현탁액을 도포하여 전자방사물질층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산화스칸듐분말은 상기 알칼리토류금속 탄산염 분말에 대하여 0.1-20중량%의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 산소분위기에서 30분 이상 2시간, 800-1100℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 현탁액은 또한 바인더와 유기용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 초산부틸에 용해한 니트로셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 초산부틸과 알코올중 최소한 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기체금속은 니켈 및 환원성 원소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 환원성 원소는 규소와 마그네슘 중 최소한 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토류금속 탄산염 분말은 바륨, 스트론튬 및 칼슘의 탄산염으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자관 음극의 제조방법.
