Claims (12)

  1. 샘플에 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D와 결합할 수 있는 수용체 단백질, 표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D 및 수용체 단백질과 결합할 수 있는 항체를 가하고, 표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D에 결합된 수용체 단백질과 항체와의 결합 정도를 상대적으로 측정하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 비타민 D운반 단백질이 함유된 샘플중의 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D의 존재를 측정하는 경쟁적 결합 분석방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D가 방사능표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D인 분석방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 측정 단계전에, 상기 항체에 결합된 수용체 단백질이 면역침전되는 분석방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 샘플이 사람의 혈액, 사람의 혈장 또는 사람의혈청인 분석방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 수용체 단백질이 피그(pig) 수용체인 분석방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 항체가 피그 수용체 단백질에 대한 항체인 분석방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 항체가 A.T.C.C. HB9496의 하이브리 도마에 의해 생성된 항체의 특징을 가지는 분석방법.
  8. 표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D, 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D와 결합할 수 있는 수용체 단백질 및 수용체 단백질과 결합할 수 있는 항체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경쟁적 분석 키트(kit),
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D가 방사능 표지된 키트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 수용체 단백질이 피그 수용체 단백질인 키트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 키트가 추가로 비표지된 1,25-디하이드록시 비타민 D를 함유하고 항체가 바이오티닐화된 키트.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 항체가 A.T.C.C. HB9496의 하이브리도마에 의해 생성된 항체의 특징을 가지는 키트.
