제 1 도는 이 발명에 따른 가요성 회로판의 실시예를 보이는 도면, 제 3 도는 조립된 접속기의 단면도, 제 4 도는 부품들이 조립된 접속기의 다른 실시예를 보이는 도면, 제5 및 6도는 제 4 도 실시예의 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 전기부품을 가요성 회로판의 대응 도체들에 접속하는 적어도 1개의 접속기가 있는 가요성 회로판에 있어서: 상기 접속기는, 가요성의 절연재로 만들어지며 가요성 회로판에 부착되며 서로에 대해 사실상 평행하게 뻗어 있으며 서로 마주보는 면들에는 가요성 회로판의 대응도체들에 전기 접속되는 접속면들이 있는 2개의 접속 스티립들과, 절연제로 만들어지며 전기 부품들의 연결핀들이 끼워질 수 있는 구멍들이 있는 위치조정 블럭과에 의해 형성되며, 상기 접속 스트립들이 놓이는 홈들이 상기 구멍들에 인접하여 상기 위치조정 블록의 측면들에 제공되며, 상기 홈들의 깊이는 구멍의 벽과 위치조정 블럭의 인접 측면 사이의 최소 간격보다 더 크며, 상기 접속 스트립들을 서로의 쪽으로 누르는 클림핑 스프링이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 가요성 회로판.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속스트립들은 가요성 회로판의 연부에 평행하게 그 연부에서 일정 간격을 두고 뻗어 있으며 접속도체들이 제공되는 연결 스트립에 의해 상기 연부에 고정되며, 상기 접속 도체들은 한쪽이 접속 스트립의 접속면에, 다른 쪽이 가요성 회로의 대응 도체에 전기 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 스트립은, 가요성 회로판의 연결 스트립과 접속하여 있고 상기 연결 스트립들과 같은 방향으로 뻗어 있는 스트립과 상기 스트립의 양쪽에 형성된 2개의 탄력 다리들과로 되어 있으며, 상기 다리들은 스트립의 평면에 횡방향으로 그리고 위치조정 블럭의 홈 방향으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 가요성 회로판에서 가장 멀리 있는 상기 클램핑 스프링 스트립의 단부에는 가요성 회로판에서 멀리 향하여 있는 위치조정 블럭 정면의 요홈부에 결리는 요소가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  5. 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, 가요성 회로판에 가장 가까운 상기 클램핑 스프링 스트립의 단부에는 위치조정 블럭의 돌출 부분을 받아들이는 구멍이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  6. 제3 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리된 상태에서 자유단부에 있는 상기 클램핑 스프링 다리들의 간격은 상기 위치조정 블럭 홈들의 바닥들간 간격보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  7. 제3 내지 6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 근처에 있는 클램핑 스프링 다리들의 간격은 상기 위치조정 블럭홈들의 바닥들간 간격보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  8. 전항 들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접속 스트립들의 자유단부들에는 위치조정 블럭의 대응 요홈부들에 수용되는 횡방향 연장 돌출부분들이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  9. 전항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 위치조정 블럭의 치수는 그 홈의 방향으로 홈의 길이보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 회로판.
  10. 전항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가요성 회로의 접속기용 위치조정 블럭.
  11. 전항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가요성 회로의 접속기용 클램핑 스프링.
