제3도는 본 발명 광 밸브의 바이어스 전압 및 광학 전송간의 관계를 나타내는 다이어그램도.
Claims (4)
- 입사광에 응답하는 바이어스 전압에 의해 입사광 사이에서 스위치 가능한 2개의 광학적 다른 쌍안정 상태를 갖고, 전면 및 후면을 가지는 다층 구조의 액정 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 강유전체 액정 혼합물로 구성된 액정층과 액정층에서 광학적으로 다른 쌍안정 상태를 설정하기 위해 상기 액정층 사이에서 스위칭 하는 한쌍의 전면 및 후면 정렬층과; 전면 정렬층에 인접한 전면 전극층과; 상기 후면 정렬층에 인접한 광학적반사층과 상기 후면에서 전기 전도 증가까지 입사광에 대하여 응답하고 광학적 반사층에 배치된 광 전도층과; 효과적 바이어스 전압이 2개의 쌍안정 상태 사이에서 상기 스위칭 효과에 대해 광 전도층의 증가된 전기전도부분을 통해 상기 액정층 양단에 공급되는 것과 같이 상기 광 전도층 및 액정층을 구비하는 다층 구조 사이에서 바이어스 전압 공급을 위해 전면 전극층과 조화되고 광 전도층에 배치된 후면 전극층과; 상기 다층 기판 사이에서 스위칭 하기 위한 한쌍의 전면 및 후면 투명 기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 액정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정렬층은 상기 액정층에서 2개의 쌍안정 상태 설정을 위해 효과적인 경사 마이크로 컬럼 구조를 가지는 경사 증기 실리콘 단결정 산화물 필름으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 액정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 전도층은 수소 비결정 실리콘 필름으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 액정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 반사층과 상기 광 전도층 사이에 삽입된 광학적 차폐층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 액정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
