Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식(3)의 아미노케톤을 시아네이트 또는 티오시아네이트 염과 반응시킨 다음 T가 2가의 황원자인 화합물을 수득할 경우에는, T가 산소원자인 상기 생성물을 오황화인과 반응시키고 ; R이 수소가 아닌 화합물을 수득할 경우에는, R이 수소인 상기 생성물을 아실 할라이드 또는 알킬화제와 반응시키고 ; 약제학적으로 무독한 염을 수득할 경우에는 상기 생성물을 염기성 금속염 또는 유기산과 반응시키고 ; 이어서 반응물로부터 이미다졸 카복실산 유도체를 분리함을 포함하여, 하기 일반식(1)의 이미다졸카복실산 유도체 및 약제학적으로 무독한 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, Q 및 T는 각각 독립적으로 산소 또는 2가의 황원자이고; R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알킬카보닐 또는 벤조일이며: R1은 수소 또는 -CH(R3)R4이고 ; R2는 저급알콕시, 페녹시, 또는 오르토, 메타 또는 파라위치에서 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 하이드록시, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 저급알킬티오, 저급알킬설폰 또는 저급알킬설폭사이드에 의해 치환된 페녹시이며 ; R3은 수소 또는 저급알킬이고 : R4는 수소, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시, 저급알킬카보닐옥시,-ONO2또는 할로겐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이고, R1이 메틸이며, R2가 저급알콕시인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이고, R1이 에틸이며, R2가 저급알콕시인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자인 방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 이미다졸카복실산 유도체 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염과 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 강심 유효량의 약제학적 조성물.상기식에서, Q 및 T는 각각 독립적으로 산소 또는 2가의 황원자이고; R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알킬카보닐 또는 벤조일이며; R1은 수소 또는 -CH(R1)R4이고; R2는 저급알콕시 페녹시, 또는 오르토, 메타 또는 파라위치에서 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 하이드록시, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 저급알킬티오, 저급알킬설폰 또는 저급알킬설폭사이드에 의해 치환된 페녹시이며; R3은 수소 또는 저급알킬이고 ; R4는 수소, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시, 저급알킬카보닐옥시, -ONO2또는 할로겐이다.
