Claims (10)
- 다수의 연속 폴리아미드 필라멘트로된 신도 60%이하, 강도 5g/데니어 이하보다 적거나 (7-[0.06×신도%]) g/데니어 이하보다 적은 값을 갖는 폴리아미드사로 직물을 제직하되, 부분적으로 직물의 표면에 폴리아미드사가 노출되도록 직물을 제직하고, 직물의 표면에 노출된 폴리아미드사의 일부 필라멘트들이 절단 되도록 충분히 직물의 표면을 어브레딩함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드사의 강도를 1.5∼4g/데니어로 함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드사의 신도를 10-50%로 함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아미드사의 신도를 10-50%로 함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 나일론 66으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필라멘트의 데니어를 1.5 이상으로 함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물을 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 포함하지 않는 제2의 사로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제2의 사를 폴리에스테르 필라멘트로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2의 사를 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필라멘트로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드사의 강도를 4g/데니어 이하보다 적게 하거나 또는 (6.8-[0.06×신도%]) g/데니어 이하보다 적은 값으로 함을 특징으로 하는 기모직물의 제조방법.
