Claims (13)
- 유리형태, 염형태 또는 금속 복합체 형태의 하기식 (Ⅰ)화합물상기식에서 R1은 할로겐 또는 헤테로방향종기에 의해 C1-C8알킬 또는 C2-8알케닐이거나; 또는 C1-3알킬 또는 C3-C6시클로알킬에 의해 치환 또는 비치환된 C3-6시클로알킬(C1-3)n; 또는 페닐환중에서 치환된 또는 비치환된 페닐 C1-3알킬 또는 페닐이며; n 은 0 또는 1이며, R은 H, 할로겐, C1-5알킬, R2R3C(OR4) 또는 비치환 또는 치환된 페닐이며; R2및 R3는 각각 C1-5알킬이며; R4는 H 또는 C1-5알킬이며; Az는 1,2,4-트라이졸-1-일 또는 이미다졸-1-일이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1은 임의적으로 모노-, 디-, 또는 트리할로겐화된 C1-3알킬 또는 C3-5알케닐; 헤테로아릴-C1-4알킬 또는 헤테로아릴-C2-5알케닐(여기서 헤테로부는 5-또는 6-원소이며 O,N 또는 S로부터 선택된 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함한다); C3-5알키닐; C3-6시클로알킬- (C1-3알킬)n C3-6알킬렌부중에서 C1-3알킬 또는 C1-3알킬렌부중에서 C3-6시클로알킬에 의해 임의적으로 모노-또는 디-치환된 C1-6시클로알킬-(C1-3알킬); 또는 할로겐 C1-5알킬, C1-5알콕시, CF3, OCF3, NO2, OH 및 페닐로부터 선택된 치환체에 의해 페닐환중에서 비치환된 또는 모노- 또는 디치환된 페닐-C1-3알킬 또는 페닐이며; R은 H, 할로겐, R2R3C(OR)4또는 할로겐, C1-5알킬, C1-5알콕시, CF3, OCF3, NO2, OH 및 페닐로부터 선택된 치환체에 의해 비치환된 또는 모노- 또는 디치환된 페닐이며; n,R2,R3,R4및 Az는 제1항에서 정의한 것과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 또는 제2항에 있어서, R-C C는 4-위치에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, Az는 1,2,4-트리아졸-1일인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, R1은 C1-3알킬, C3-5알케닐, C3-5알키닐, C3-6시클로알킬-(C1-3알킬)n; 또는 할로겐, C1-5알킬, C1-5알콕시, CF3, DCF3, NO2, OH 및 페닐로부터 선택된 치환체에 의해 비치환된, 또는 모노치환된 또는 디치환된 페닐이며; R은 할로겐, C1-5알킬, C1-5알콕시, CF3, OCF3, NO2, OH 및 페닐로부터 선택된 치환체에 의해 페닐환중에서 비치환된 또는 모노- 또는 디치환된 페닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, R1은 C1-3알킬 또는 알릴, R은 페닐 인것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1은 CH3, C2H5, 또는 알릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- a) 하기식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, b) 하기식 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 하기식(Ⅴ)의 아세틸렌과 반응시키거나, c)식 (Ic)의 화합물의 에티닐 할로겐을 Y로 치환하여 식 (Ib)의 화합물을 얻거나 또는 d)식 (Ie) 화합물을 0-알킬화시켜 식 (Id)의 화합물을 제조한뒤, 유래형태, 염형태 또는 금속복합체 형태의 식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 분리하여 제1항에서 정의된 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식들에서 Ra는 C1-5알킬; 또는 R2R3C(OR)4, 또는 비치환된 또는 치환된 페닐; R2 및 R3는 제1항에서 정의한 R2R3C(OH)기 이외의 보호기이며, Ra가 R2R3C(OH) 이외의 보호기인 경우 b) 방법에서 보호기를 제거하거나 또는 Ra가 R2R3C(OH)인 경우 이것을 분리하며, Y는 할로겐 이며, R'4는 C1-5알킬이며, 나머지 R,R1,R2,R3,Az,M은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실시예에 기재된 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻은 식 (Ⅰ) 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항중 어느 한항에 따른 유리형태 또는 농학적 허용염 또는 복합체 형태의 식(Ⅰ)화합물을 함유하는 살균성 조성물.
- 유리형태 또는 농학적 허용염 또는 복합체 형태의 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항중 어느 한항에 따른 화합물의 살균적 유효량을 진균 또는 이들이 다니는 길에 투여하여 식물병원성균을 박멸하는 방법.
- 하기식(Ⅱ, Ⅵ 및 Ⅹ)화합물.상기식에서 R 및 R1은 제1항에서 정의한 것과 같고, X는 할로겐, R"는 할로겐, C1-5알킬, C1-5알콕시, CF3, OCF3, NO2,OH 및 페닐로부터 선택된 치환체에 임해 임의적으로 모노-또는 디치환된 페닐이다.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
