Claims (10)
- 친핵성 물질을 에폭시 수지 조성물의 적어도 약간의 옥시란 그룹과 반응시킴으로써 옥시산 그룹을 양이온성 그룹을 전환(이때 전환반응의 일정한 시점 동안에 유기산과 물을 첨가한다)시키는 단계를 포함하여, 말단 옥시란 그룹을 갖는 에폭시 수지 조성물로 부터 에폭시 양이온성 수지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (I)(A) 평균 에폭사이드 당량이 350 내지 5000인 폴리에테르 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르로 부터 제조한 적어도 하나의 에폭시-기본 수지, (B) 평균 에폭사이드 당량이 350 내지 5000인 폴리에테르 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르(여기에서, 디글리시딜 에테르는 1작용성 캐핑제로 부분적으로 캐핑되어 잇다)로 부터 제조한 적어도 하나의 에폭시-기본 수지, 또는 (C)(A)와 (B)의 혼합물중 적어도 하나 ; 및 (II) 이와 상이한 적어도 하나의 에폭시-기본 수지의 혼합물을 에폭시 수지 조성물로서 사용하고 ; 조성물을 제조하는 동안의 일정한 시점에서 수지를 양이온성 수지로 전환시킴으로써 양이온성 폴리에테르 에폭시-기본 수지와 그와 상이한 양이온 에폭시-기본 수지와의 혼합물을 수득하는데, 이때 상기한 혼합물이 전체 양이온성 수지를 기준으로 하여 10 내지 90 중량%의 성분(I) 및 90 내지 10 중량%의 성분(II)를 포함하며, 양이온성 수지 혼합물의 전하밀도가 수지 1g당 전하 0.2 내지 0.6 밀리당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 상이한 에폭시 수지를 혼합한 후에 수지를 양이온성 수지로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 수지를 양이온성 수지로 먼저 전환시킨 후에 수지를 혼합하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합시킬 경우 수지가 안정한 수성수중유 분산액 형태인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 포리올의 디글리시딜 에테르가 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되고, 상기의 상이한 에폭시-기본 수지가 하기 일반식(III) 또는 (IV)로 표시되는 다가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르이거나 이러한 다가 페놀의 부분적으로 캐핑된 디글리시딜 에테르인 방법.상기의 일반식(I)에서, R은 수소 또는 C1내지 C6의 알킬그룹이고 ; R1은 수소 또는 C1내지 C4의 알킬 그룹이고 ; m은 평균치가 3 내지 225인 수이고 ; n은 1내지 3의 수이고 ; 상기의 일반식(III) 및(IV)에서, A는 각각 독립적으로 C1내지 C12의 2가 탄화수소 그룹이거나, -O-, -S-, -S-S- -SO-, -S02- 또는 -CO-이고 ; R1은 각가 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1내지 C3의 알킬그룹이고 ; X는 각각 독립적으로 수소이거나, C1내지 C4의 하이드로카빌 또는 하이드로카빌옥시그룹이거나, 또는 할로겐이고 ; n은 0 또는 1의 수이고 ; n1은 0 내지 약 40의 수이다.
- (1) 에폭시-기본 조성물의 양이온성 입자 수성 분산액을 함유하는 피복조속에 전도성 물체를 함침시킨 다음 (2) 상기의 물체와 떨어져 있고 상기의 피복조와 전기적으로 접촉되어 있으며 상기의 물체에 대하여 전기적으로 양성인 전극과 물체 사이에 전위차를 제공함으로써 물체상에 상기 조성물의 피복층을 전착시키기에 충분한 전류를 상기의 피복조에 통과시키는 단계를 포함하여 전도성 표면을 갖는 물체상에 양이온성의 에폭시 수지-기본 조성물을 피복시키는 방법에 있어서 ; (I)(A) 평균 에폭사이드 당량이 350 내지 5000인 폴리에테르 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르로 부터 제조한 적어도 하나의 에폭시-기본 수지, (B) 평균 에폭사이드 당량이 350 내지 5000인 폴리에테르 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르(여기에서, 디글리시딜 에테르는 1작용성 캐핑제로 부분적으로 캐핑되어 있다)로 부터 제조한 적어도 하나의 에폭시-기본 수지, 또는 (C)(A)와 (B)의 혼합물중 적어도 하나 ; 및 (II) 이와 상이한 적어도 하나의 에폭시-기본 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물을 양잉온성 수지 조성물로서 사용하고 ; 조성물을 제호하는 동안의 일정한 시점에서 수지를 양이온성 수지로 전환시킴으로써 양이온 폴리에테르 에폭시-기본수지와 그와 상이한 양이온성 에폭시-기본 수지와의 혼합물을 수득하는데, 이때 상기의 혼합물이 전체 양이온성 수지를 기준을 ㅗ하여 10 내지 90 중량%의 성분(I) 및 90 내지 10 중량%의성분(II)를 포함하며, 양이온성 수지 혼합물의 전하밀도가 수지 1g당 전하 0.2 내지 0.6 밀리당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분(I)의 양이 약 10내지 60 중량이고, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르의 당량이 600 내지 3000이며, 상기 캐핑제의 양이 에폭사이드 1 당량에 대하여 0 내지 0.7 당량이고, 피복조에 경화제를 또한 함유시키는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올의 디글리시딜 에테르가 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되고, 상기의 상이한 에폭시-기본 수지가 하기 일반식(III) 또는 (IV)로 표시되는 다가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르이거나 이러한 다가 페놀의 부분적으로 캐핑된 디글리시딜에테르이며, 캐핑제의 양이 에폭사이드 1당량에 대하여 0 내지 0.7 당량인 방법.상기의 일반식(I)에서, R은 수소 또는 C1내지 C6의 알킬그룹이고 ; R1은 수소 또는 C1내지 C4의 알킬 그룹이고 ; m은 평균치가 3 내지 225인 수이고 ; n은 1내지 3의 수이고 ; 상기의 일반식(III) 및(IV)에서, A는 각각 독립적으로 C1내지 C12의 2가 탄화수소 그룹이거나, -O-, -S-, -S-S- -SO-, -S02- 또는 -CO-이고 ; R1은 각가 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1내지 C3의 알킬그룹이고 ; X는 각각 독립적으로 수소이거나, C1내지 C4의 하이드로카빌 또는 하이드로카빌옥시그룹이거나, 또는 할로겐이고 ; n은 0 또는 1의 수이고 ; n1은 0 내지 약 40의 수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 따른 방법으로 제조한 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항의 방법으로 제조한 생성물의 수성 분산액을 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트, 아민 알데하이드 수지 또는 페놀알데하이드 수지중에서 선태되는 경화제와 함께 함유하는 전착에 적합한 코팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
